This place is amazing! My sales rep Sean helped me out so much and was able to get me into one of my dream cars at an affordable price! I’m super grateful for all their help. Bailey was such a huge help getting everything put together and she deserves major credit as well!

Very disappointed with the service shop. I called them 3 different times and had them quote a price for my needs. Same price was given each time. When the repair was done, I was informed that the cost would be twice the quoted price because it took them longer than they anticipated. My advice to anyone considering this dealer for service - go elsewhere!

I’ve purchased 3 vehicles & have used Laird Noller for my car maintenance over a span of many years. I never even considered going anywhere else until now. The vibe is completely different & not in a good way. I hope it was just an off day because I left with a bad feeling & ended up completing the issues that needed addressed on my own. I had corrosion on one of the battery posts & needed the cabin & engine air filters replaced. I went & got the filters, changed them out myself & cleaned & treated the battery cables. I wasn’t happy that the print out indicated a certain price for the battery corrosion treatment & was told verbally that the price was much more, very unprofessional. I need to replace the tires in the very near future & not sure I can go back & feel good about it.I honestly hope it was just an off day because there was another lady waiting who was on her phone talking to a friend & complaining about the service. Makes me sad, I don’t want to look for another service option.

Took some work going back and forth on lease pricing. Sean was great to work with; no hard balling, just respectful negotiating. I'm thrilled with my 5th leased Mazda CX-5. I would recommend Noller for your next vehicle. Jordan was a sweetheart and breezed me through the financing part. They threw in some all weather mats and made my day! ?

I met with 3 people; the salesperson John, the guy who hooked me up with GAP insurance and the tall boss guy up front. All 3 were extra kind and helpful. They even offered to drive my rental back to Enterprise for me. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Garrett was the salesman who helped me with my purchase of my new 2023 Mazda CX30. I didn't feel pressured by him, and he let me tell him what I was interested in looking at. From there he really honed in on the features I most liked about the vehicles we looked at and then expanded upon other pertinent details. I would highly recommend this dealer to friends or family

I'm extremely pleased with my experience at Noller. My family has been customers for years and not once have I heard any negative feedback. My salesman Howard was extremely easy to work with and just a genuinely nice individual. I never felt pressured or pushed into something that I didn't want. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle, and plan on coming back for the next one.

If you pay for service with a credit card, they charge an additional 3%, but they don't tell you in advance, and they may not tell you at all. I only learned of this when I took our my card to pay. This practice is infuriating to me.When I got my Mazda home after an oil change and tire rotation, I took a look under the hood and found the dipstick was not properly seated--it was just sitting on the top of the hole. Good thing I checked.

This was the best service experience that we've had at any car dealership ever. I want to thank our service advisor Chad for going above and beyond expectations to help us with a blown engine on our Santa Fe. Chad and the entire service department were courteous and professional the during the entire process. Every communication was met with diligence, and we genuinely felt "cared" for.Our car is driving great over three months later and we will definitely have Noller in mind when we shop for a new one in the future. We live in the KC area and the short drive to Topeka will be well worth our time. I would highly recommend people in the KC area give Noller a shot! They put the city dealers to shame. Thank you Chad and the service team at Noller!

Chad did a very good job explaining how the car was going to be taken care of by the technician. He answered all my questions professionally. I did like receiving the information about the multi-point inspection in a text message. Very good communication between service department and myself.

Overall a good experience. I had to reschedule because when I came for my first appointment a week ago they were short-handed and that meant a multi-hour wait, and I didn’t have that much time. I understand that things happen, so I thought I would be smart and call before I left for the rescheduled appointment (I live more than an hour away). The service department receptionist said she wasn’t sure if they were short handed that day, but as far as she knew things were ok. (I took a chance because I figured she would know if the waiting room was full of people with backed up appointments.). Luckily I was right, no real wait, but I would have really preferred to know before I left home, and it’s really not that hard of a question. So that’s why I’m giving them 4 instead of 5 stars.

Bought a 40,000 2017 expedition and they increased the statement to 46,000 even with a 2015 camaro trade in. As a month went by, I found small damages on the interior and exterior of the car. When I brought it in for warranty fixings, they would not pay for “minor trim” damage. Some of the damage I had payed for happened by their mechanics while in their shop, and I still had the services billed as if I was responsible. No finacial papers were presented to me, except for the bill. When I asked for a proffesional on sight I was brought to the front desk to people who openly admitted that they didn’t have full acknowledgement to my worries. Nothing was pulled up on the computer by the front desk and the only explanation I was given, was that I signed off on a statement saying there were no damages to the car when purchased. Truly slimey, do not recommend buying a car from Ralph Six, as he was no help in explaining this and quick to be dismissive. This was not my first time bringing it in for warranty fixings, as the first time none of the listed damages were even acknowledged by the mechanics. But they somehow cleaned the insides of the car, cleaning right over the listed damage.
