I definitely recommend this place! I inquired about an auto start for my vehicle and Jesse was very helpful and thorough. We had to reschedule due to a technician being sick but that was no big deal. The customer service Jesse gives is top notch and I appreciate that he explained things thoroughly and went over all the details with me instead of just handing me my keys, taking my money and I left. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future use. Great job ??

TWO THUMBS UP!!! Job well done is an understatement. Honest, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, competitive but not overpriced. They listen to their customer, and then meet the needs of their customer! They may make suggestions, but they don't try and up sale you with equipment you don't need. Your satisfaction is their priority... period! Super impressed with the Memphis line, incredible sound, fantastic job with the custom box, you captured exactly what I was looking for. And I'm diggin the in dash eq, puts the controls at my fingertips and the nostalgia it initiates isn't a bad thing either :) , many thanks!

Getting an appointment for install and customer service with selling products was a great experience. Complications with vehicle following the install and concerns with the vehicle having a possible short with products that were installed I was told they couldn't help me and Id need to take it to see a mechanic. So after spending over 2,000 in products and labor with them I am now spending even more for diagnostics and someone else to fix it. Disappointed.

In my opinion, the most professional shop around. The shop is clean well kept. They really go above and beyond my expectations. Have always been patient with me with all the oddball questions I've had over the years. If It's just a 10 dollar part or a full install they have always provided exceptional service. They will have my business for years to come.

Awesome guys! Recommended a proper box to maximize my subs performance, and the sub wasn't even a brand they sell. Very knowledgeable and helpful, they even went as far as to install my sub into the box properly for me. Will be coming back!

My car did not have cruise control, so I found out they put in aftermarket ones. I couldn't have been happier! They were extremely nice and helpful. They had it all done within 1½ hours. Thank you guys for making my experience great!

Im all for Small Biz.& Staying Local, but Ive never quite experienced Customer Service like this, highly recommend developing and utillizing a Customer Retention Team!
