After seeing the stars and reviews, I was so excited to visit this center on my drive through. I was really disappointed. It isn’t bright and clean anymore. It made me wonder what has happened?’ It was really sad. The only workers I saw on 7/5 were two teenagers at the front counter. I’m left to assume that the last three rows were infested plants. They were taped off like a crime scene and said not for sale. If you are looking for Hoyas, they are really sad.

Our family has become plant parents and the collection keeps growing. Thanks to Jackson's friendly and knowledgeable staff we were able to cross off one of our "bucket list" plants & get something cute for an outdoor planter.
It's an experience to walk the greenhouse and see all the beautiful plants, pots, tools, and more.

Went on mother's day and spoiled my wife with flowers an plants, oh and sunflower beverages was there very good drink then man! Dj hotdog shops was there to and the pulled pork nachos is the bomb

I've loved this place for years! I've been coming here for 3 decades. I have never had issues with anything. Kodak had "helped" me locate and order some smart pots. He said, they will be in within a few days. A week goes by I called, he is out of town ....cool. Call back another Friday later, they have no clue and gave an alexcuse they shipped from the wrong distributor....makes zero sense. I called this past Friday and some kid answers the phone and is ironically tagging my bags I order for almost $5 more than he had quoted me for them. On top of that Im a "garden member" which includes 10% off which is cool but they never actually take the 10% off. Most likely will never come back which is an absolute shame. They are too lazy to even walk back and get used pots from the back and make every excuse in the world not to get up and go get something.

Great place for all your gardening needs! Owner was rude though because I was looking for my wife and I guess I looked suspicious doing absolutely nothing wrong! Found my wife and took our business elsewhere.

i have shopped at Jackson's Greenhouse for years. Yearly I purchased the 4-step Ferti-Lomé lawn treatment. I am a Garden Member which gets me a 10% discount on all my purchases. Yesterday I was in to pickup grass seed and a starter fertilizer. I forgot to tell them I was a Garden Club member so I didn't get my discount which would have been a $23 savings. I called back when I realized I didn't get the discount and was told it was too late and it's my responsibility to let them know I am a club member. I called today and talked to their manager and I didn't make any headway with her either. The new owners do not work well with their customers. I feel they could have offered me a credit towards my next purchase in November. I had just spent nearly $400 in the store in a week. There is a greenhouse just down the road that will get my business.

Very friendly staff, great selection of plants especially for the time of year and some seasonal discounts right now.Lots of adorable cats lying around too!
