They said I needed to provide current address and said I could use a water bill. Put $80 down for lay-a-way. 2 hours later I returned with 2 water bills no more than 2 months old then came up with another excuse and said it has to be from 2024. I showed my government issued 2024 W2s from the State of Kansas and they said they couldn't ise that either. I ended up requesting my money back from the lay-away that I gave them 2 hours ago then they said they couldn't give me my $80 back at all. Then they changed their mind and gave me back $9 of it in cash even though I paid with card. I asked if i could use store credit and get something else then they said they can give me store credit if i buy something more expensive. I just took my 9 dollars and safe to say i wouldn't ever do business with any intergrity pawn after that. I atleast wanted to buy a guitar amp with the $80. If they don't want to do business with black people then They should just say that instead of wasting my time. I never had this many issues at any other pawnshop.

The closest thing we have to a dedicated gun store in Topeka. If you need advice on builds, or are looking to get a suppressor this is the place to go. If you have something you are looking for you can ask.I recommend this place more than some other places in Topeka that are just "gun stores"

overpriced firearms. the guy stated he could get rifles cheaper then online yet they have a AR 50 used for 3500, told me they cost 4200 new, they are online for 3700 brand new all day long. They also want to rip you off for 40 on a transfer. I miss the Pawn Market being there.

Overall disappointed, was there for 20 minutes before ever getting greeted or asked if we needed anything, didn't seem to care at all... I won't be back to the location and ended up not purchasing anything like I was planning to.

Best staff ever!!! A better customer experience, to me, is always the most important thing to me. Don't go in if you're on the fence about getting a new firearm because you are going to walk out with a huge smile and a new item?Their selection is 2nd to None!!!!

Fantastic experience!Friendly staff and an absolute wealth of knowledge to share. I was with the owner, Luke, for well over an hour while we went over options I was exploring. He's very knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy in any way. I would recommend these guys all day, everyday.

DO NOT bring your jewelry here! I brought in a very expensive diamond ring and the MANAGER told me my main diamond was a moissanite and attempted to offer me $53 for a $4300 ring! Two local reputable jewelers confirmed that the main stone was in fact a natural diamond! Please BEWARE when dealing with this business! They tried to rip me off!

Overall great place stopped in Saturday the 25 just looking and ended up walking out with two new reasonable priced firearms will definitely return my only real issue was two magazines were sold to me in the wrong caliber. But hoping we can resolve this issue. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff.

best gun shop in town. They may not have a shooting range but atleast their prices aren't 20% over msrp. they also have a great layaway if you need help hiding that new hk purchase from your wife ?

Stopped by the North location looking to trade a pistol and some ammo for something different. Salesman I dealt with was very helpful and answered all my questions and helped me pick out my new firearm from a wide selection they had in stock. And I thought the they gave me a very good deal on my trade in pistol and ammo. I will definitely go back!
