Stayed one night during our annual road trip. This is a very nice, clean hotel with a decent sized outdoor pool. I always appreciate places that have laundry rooms on premise so I don't have to find a Laundromat. The breakfast was ok, service at the front desk was very good; friendly staff.

My family and I had a wonderful stay Hyatt place. And we were given the best service that truly made us feel welcome.
Thank you to workers Jhaylen and Maria for the best help we could receive and will most definitely visit again.
Rooms: Rooms were very clean and comfortable
Food & drinks: Drinks were amazing and priced reasonably

Door to my bathroom kept getting stuck shut had to practically kick the door down to escape. An elderly person would probably get trapped. Door to my room also had similar problems but with closing the door. Mentioned this to hotel staff when I was leaving and I just got a blank stare.
Don't stay here, this place is a dump.

Nice place but offered the same breakfast as Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Homeward suites. Eggs from a bag, like sausage, home fries.

We stayed here the night of June 22 2024 and honestly aside from the disney riviera hotel this is the nicest and cleanest hotel I've stayed at. The beds were comfy, the room was a nice temp coming in, the hotel is child and dog friendly. In the room there was an assortment of tea and coffee, they have nice shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, I know in hotels I'm weary about using anything other than the sheet on a hotel bed. However hear I used the comforter without any worry for lice or bedbugs. The guy at the desk told us that since we got there late he would keep the pool open another 15 minutes so the baby could swim.
Overall this was a great experience and we will be using this hotel again in the future.

The hotel was nasty, there was yellow stains on the sheets and not to mention the ac almost caught on fire. The bathtub did not turn off, the beds were uncomfortable. I could say it was the worst sleep I’ve ever had, and the room smelled like bug spray. It is a pet friendly hotel after all, but I think someone left their pet flea in the bed. In general not a good place

Had a great stay. Respect patients and help was at an all time high coming from Jhay. Getting a room was easy peasy. Had a small problem but it was fix with manners very quickly. I will definitely be back to stay again. :)

Hi I am Mark James! Me and my son needed a place to rest because we are on our roadtrip. Everything that could go wrong went wrong at 4 am in the morning. Jhailyn was so kindly to clean a room for us to get some rest. Made my night! Great Customer Service!!!!
