Because I would want Susan Romero, the Tax Analyst, to prepare my tax return. Even though I'm in California, she's been preparing my taxes remotely for ten years. Susan does an excellent job and I am confident that she makes sure I receive every credit available to me.

It's true and always consistent. Sue Romero is excellent in all she does. We have been doing this on line for many years. I will always return to her services with H&R Block. You should give her a raise!
