Purchased truck for 19 thousand drive it for 8 months and put 4000 miles on it before the engine went out. Since the warranty was only 6 months I paid 8600 out of my own pocket for a new engine ... so basically I paid 19 thousand for a 2013 truck body.

Truck was junk, I purchased it from Honeyman for 19k, 4000 miles and 8 months later the engine went out, was told warranty only good for 6 months and your on your own, I paid 8600 out of my own pocket for a new engine, will never buy from this outfit again.

Whoever that old guy was that was driving the little BMW sports car and was at Harolds Tires today around 3-330pm needs to learn how to drive...he almost nailed us pulling out of their lot and he was swerving down the road...we watched him go into the oncoming traffic lane. I asked the guy at Harolds if he knew him and he said he worked for Honeyman Auto Plaza and he "weird". Either he was drunk, high or cant drive...either way, he shouldnt be on the road.

got a good car here. however, was promised they would look at my car for trade in and didn’t even glimpse at it. and the spare the mechanic (w an attitude) gave me had a hole in it.

We were sold a car for a little over $2,800 and was assured that it had been checked over and that there were not major mechanical issues. When test driving the car we found an issue and that it needed to fix the axel for the 4 wheel drive. The mechanic who looked at it stated that it looked "clean", so they may have cleaned up any leaks to not show when attempting to sell the vehicle. within 1 month after purchasing the vehicle we had to get the Master Cylinder fixed. Additionally, from July of 2019 through October of 2019 the company still had not been able to get the "right part" to fix the 4 wheel drive issue. It is now less than 3 months after purchasing the vehicle and a 3rd party repair show has found the following issues, Radiator mount broke, real steel to rubber line brake fluid leak, engine knocking issues and crank shaft full of oil, No front Drive Shaft, Rear drive shaft u joint falling apart, rear upper control arm bushings warn out causing rear differential to move around, transmission cooler lines leaking trans fluid, T case rear seal starting to leak. All estimated to be well over $2,800 that the vehicle was originally sold for.

I went and was looking at a couple of cars. There was one that I was particularly interested in, and the owner gave me an offer. The next day when we were filling out paper work, he changed the numbers on me. I noticed that and he started insulting me trying to coerce me into buying it even after I mentioned I was not going to based on those numbers. I will never consider this place again, and I recommend others do the same. (I have never left a 1 star rating before, but they certainly earned it.)
