I would have given a negative rating if possible, but I'm giving them one star because of their boss. He was very nice but needs to educate these boys better. My first visit was the worst experience. I was so humiliated. I went to Harold Tire Service LLC with my tire to flip on my car. I was quoted by two rude, racist young white employees: $7 for flipping the tire, $9 for balancing, and $3 for disposal. I asked them to just balance the two front tires, flip all four tires since one was off, and dispose of three. However, after the work was done, these employees caught an attitude with me when I pointed out that the prices they were quoting didn't add up. I knew everything was supposed to be $55. 4 tire flips will be $28, two tire balancing will be $18 and three tire disposal fees will be $9. So $55 in total and they were quoting $69. They were incredibly disrespectful because I was black, had an accent, and was standing up for myself. I would advise everyone to avoid this place as long as these two individuals are employed there. I wish I knew their names and had pictures to share.

I will always highly recommend Harold’s not only are they reasonable but they are reliable and they are locally owned.
The receptionist that answered my call about my daughters tire was extremely professional and caring.
The Lugnuts on my daughters tire were over torqued last time it was there a few months ago. Which none of the service technicians that came to try to change the tire were able to get it off because of that.
I didn’t know what to do which is why I reached out to them since that’s where my daughters car was last. They kindly sent one of their guys where my daughters car was to get the lug nuts off. Matt was God sent he came out of his way 30mins before Harold’s closed to do this for my daughter at no charge.
This shows how much they value their customers! We are truly grateful!

Always do a good job and treat us right. This last time they did not have the tool needed to balance our truck tires and said we could go out North and they would do. We did take out North and the gentleman there was rude and had an attitude about doing it. Said they have tools to do at other shop they just didn't want to. Good experience except for the attitude out North shop

If you don't know what to do, pull into a parking stall. If there isn't one, you'll have to wait. You can just wait there in your car until someone contacts you. Most often times this place is quick and easy to get into. They almost always have a used tire in the size I need. Its a great place, the staff is pretty friendly. I've used Harold's for years and years.

I got a flat on my road trip and stopped here. The people here were really helpful and honest. They fixed my tire and told me that I didn't need to buy a new one. Really glad I came here.

I showed up at 454pm and they close at 5pm and matt got me right in and got me taken care of and didn't complain at all and had my tire fixed and balanced quickly! Thank you Matt you are amazing
