My granddaughter was rather excited about going to the Groove Shack. She was now 21 and could check out the age restricted area . The woman behind the counter asked for her ID and my granddaughter handed it to her . She looked at it and said it wasn't a valid ID . This was a Kansas drivers license with all the required information. My granddaughter hadn't renewed it for her 21st birthday (23rd of February). Simply because she hadn't renewed it she wasn't allowed in there. I attempted to make my point about this but my granddaughter wanted to leave. We will come back to shop anyway.

Amazing customer service for online orders. I live in Virginia and only ordered here once but they did not hesitate to personally text me when there was an issue with my order and got it resolved very quickly. Shout out to Tom! Will order again.

They sell fake raw products. Look on YouTube “how to tell if raw cones are real” these are 100% fake.

Fantastic little shop! Smells great, amazing selection of disk golf stuff and a well stocked smoking accessory section. Of course you can't take pictures of the really fun stuff, but it's well worth the trip!
