Jayhawk is the best. Always helpful, just a great, professional experience every time I go in.

I honestly can’t say enough nice things about Jayhawk Pharmacy. Meds are filled incredibly fast and their customer service is absolutely top notch. The entire experience has a local small town pharmacy feel. My only regret is not making the switch sooner!Thank you for the great service!

The cpap lady is just mad that they don't do returns. They've had a sign up since COVID that they can't do returns. I've always had a great experience here, since I read the signage

Fantastic customer service and easy to get someone on the phone! *take the one star reviews with a grain of salt. Many of the issues mentioned are related to a misunderstanding of insurance and not Jayhawk.*

I've never had anything other than exceptional service from this pharmacy. They are kind, caring, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

Yesterday I purchased a Cpap mask and hose. The woman who checked me out did not smile at me once. She acted as though I was interrupting her work. She rang up my items $172...I said, "I've never paid that much before." She explained that this was the cost. I said okay. I went home after working and took out the hose $38 and realized it was the wrong hose. I was exasperated that I was going to have to take it back tomorrow. I got on Amazon to find out if they sold the hose (I should have done that before I purchased from Jayhawk), they had the hose I needed for $19. I placed my order, thinking I will just ask for a refund since it was the incorrect hose. I took my hose back today and asked them to just refund the hose. Same, non-smiling woman told me that they cannot give me my money back but they could give me the correct hose. I explained that I ordered one on-line for half the cost. She said they cannot send the hose back so they cannot refund my money. At this point, I am truly just trying to understand the "why"? I already opened the incorrect hose so they cannot recoup those dollars, instead they will exchange for another $38 hose. Then I realized the difference...if they gave me my money back, they would be out what they paid for the hose ($10). If they exchanged the hose, they would still net $18. I honestly did not raise my voice, I was only asking questions. I then noticed a woman staring at me from across the desk. I looked at her and she said, "yeah, we cannot refund your money." I said, "I understand that." I work in healthcare and understand how important customer service is. I did not raise my voice but was certainly agitated when the woman who checked me out pointed out that I had never purchased a hose there before. (meaning, it wasn't their fault they gave me the wrong one). I won't go back, not because they wouldn't refund my money (I could care less). I won't go back because I was shown little to no respect or courtesy. You should be able to explain something without getting "up in arms" and "ready for an argument". My question was valid.

Horrible! Charged my insurance company over $3k for a CPAP machine that I could purchase new online for ~$700. When I questioned this the owner told me that this is what the insurance company was willing to pay:/

I am 78 years old and have used many different pharmacies in my life. Jayhawk pharmacy has treated me with more respect and has the lowest prices for my prescriptions than all of the others, including name brand pharmacies. I am so happy to deal with them.

I broke my femur and had to have surgery 2 days ago. I was given a prescription for crutches and was told to take it here. Obviously I can’t drive or walk so I had my boyfriend go pick it up. They said I had to be the one to come in with my photo ID. I literally can’t walk, and now that they won’t even give me my prescription, I don’t have crutches. I’m so thoroughly disgusted, how could you do this to someone? Terrible.

I went to Walgreens to get my nebulizer and albuterol. Walgreens told me I needed to get nebulizer at Jayhawk never been there before but they made it easy even dealing with Medicare. A week later still no meds from Walgreens so I took Nebulizer back where the nice reception lady helped me again. Saying Walgreens won help. So she went and fixed me up again. I Can't begin to thank them enough. ?
