Went in for a new outfit for an event tonight and the clerk who helped us was so kind and helpful. I really wanted to compliment her customer service as well as the great deals the store was offering. Thank you, Kaylene!! :)

I love Francesca's but I had fabulous service at this location today. It was my first time in Topeka I want to say her name was Anne; I'm not sure unfortunately. But OMG so sweet and helpful. I love great customer service and she was lovely. The store was organized nicely also, as usual.
