My grandson lives with me and they seem to be doing ok. If you are leaving town for a couple of weeks and he is going to run out of meds towards the end before you get back you may not be able to get them refilled. So you may have to deal with a child going off his medication for a few days. I don’t know maybe if you ask they will fill a weeks worth to get you back. But not being able to go in a few days before is kind of a pain, because if something comes up or if your car breaks down and you can’t make it your child may miss his medication. But the staff does seem nice and caring. I haven’t had any problems with them.

My kids both used services. It was ALWAYS a HUGE PAIN getting anything scheduled. Good luck scheduling your ‘routine therapy’ appointments as you must call first thing on a Monday 6 weeks prior to even remotely get the appointment time you need. The last straw was being charged $100 for a 10 minute phone call with the meds side when the physician was over 20 minutes late for the scheduled video meeting and couldn’t get it to work. My child couldn’t even attend any longer due to having to get back to class! I was told the physician sees patients, ‘for as long as he thinks they need.’ Obviously my child and our concerns were unimportant to them as was our time. Felt like they just took my money. Moved all my records elsewhere and will NEVER return or recommend them to anyone.

Over medicated and under cared for. Only open for the money don't truly care about you

When I went here for treatment it was always hit or miss. Worst was a so called therapist yelling at me for squinting when the sun was in my eyes and being placed in group therapy with my school bully. Ruined my faith in mental healthcare as far as Kansas goes. Over medicated me to the point where legal action nearly had to be taken. If your seeking help for your family or kids look elsewhere.

Avoid this place and seek treatment in KC for your kids. They have an agenda at this place and it’s not helping kids unfortunately. :(

This place had been very helpful for my daughter and me, we have been coming here since 2009. There have been a few personnel changes but we've been able to cope with that.

I have found each visit to FS&G to have been of considerable help to our family. The reception staff is fantastic and there is NO wait time to speak of. Our psychiatrist, Kirby Pope, MD, expresses a sincere interest in our little fella and is ready, willing and able to answer each and every question. We love his common sense approach and old school philosophy. Dr. Pope is very skilled and frankly quite enjoyable to visit with. Our little guy likes him and that's what is most important.Bob

I took my children here one time and that was enough. We talked about some issues we were having at the then present time and we talked about issues that had passed. Next thing I know, CPS is at my door investigating me for neglect! Over something that had happened 5 years prior. I would never recommend this place unless it was a last resort.

People are friendly at their front desks however they change personal all the time. And that sucks cuz kids don't like it ..they Are already use to their doctors and therapist. And they are changing all the time. We had a very bad experience with coyazo. She was rude and not willing to help our kids other than her everyone was nice. ..like I said if you and your kids don't mind changes this will b for you but if you kids don't like to tell their life story every 2 month well like I said they change people. Like changing kids diapers...so I hope you find the help that u need ..& have a good day !?

I have been going to this place since I was 8. In my opinion this place is unorganized, inconvenient to anyone but themselves. The people who work here always change which means you have to open up to brand new people constantly and tell them your life story and of course PAPERWORK ALWAYS COMES WITH A NEW PERSON! The med provider there sucks! When you call them you HAVE to leave a voice mail even if you don't have time to answer the phone when they CONVENIENTLY call you back ITS FRUSTRATING! Unless you like phone tag... THE PROS I have my own insurance through them . The therapist I am currently seeing is pretty cool!!!! BTW I AM FORCED TO GO TO THIS PLACE
