This bank is going thru some changes but it's staffed by some good people so it should be back to normal soon ... God bless all of These amazing people...

I don't know enough to deduct stars but a suggestion is to check out the business hours of other local banks. There's no such thing as bankers hours, (9-5), anymore. Banks close between 6pm and 8pm nowadays.
