I've worked at 3 different banks. Walking in today,i noticed 3 tellers behind the window and not one of them so much as greeted me when arriving.I stood there in amazement,being the only person in line,that after 3-4 minutes passed,none of them even bothered to also say they'd be with me shortly.When I finally was greeted,requesting to speak to a loan officer on a discrepancy I was dealing with, was a waste of time . The loan officer provided no solutions. No answers. No nothing...I wonder if she was even aware I could hear everything that was said about me when on the phone with the person she was speaking with.Professionalism lacks at this location. And it's a shame considering all the other locations are quite the opposite.I will never go back .

I've been banking at a different local bank for a long time and have been paying $10 every month for my checking account but no ATM fees so I've stayed. Christina Mesa was persistent & finally convinced me to get the KASASA account that actually pays me instead of the other way around plus I'll get some ATM fees refunded. I'm mad at myself for not switching sooner! Thanks Christina for showing me the light!

We had great service from Alyssa and Whitney at this location. We were getting bad service at other banks but they took the time to listen to what we needed and helped us out. We are now proud members of this bank!

I finally realized that direct deposits aren’t deposited at midnight when I stayed up until 1:30 AM to transfer my direct deposit to my checking account so I could pay some bills and other things. Other people promise two days early and these guys can barely get there on time. I think I’ll do some looking around I mean I’ve been with them for years and years and they used to be pretty good now they are going way downhill fast

Thank you to Envista for always being helpful during any loan process. They really go above and beyond to get you what you need. Belen Valencia was very helpful in offering a refinance option for my vehicle! Would recommend for anyone trying to get a loan for a new vehicle.

My account when went there last Friday since payment was due the 20th.i tell the teller take money from account and cash give and put to loan.wait a bit done she said all done.had a feeling to look a receipt and see did not do what asked and only put the cash to my account.have to back around wait in line to get things rectified.take even longer with different person which wasn't comprehending things ask for a third for help to just make a correct payment to my account.if I did not look at receipt I would not see the egregious error lack of professionalism and simple tasks.seems you almost have to be right there to put their hand on button so they can get things right.that place is falling apart.that the reason I do not go to that location even though it closer to me.rather go to the north topeka one or the one by the the library.i was absolutely pitiful.

Katie at the Oakland branch help me get my online banking in order. She was so friendly and walked me through each step to make sure I was taken care of before I left. Highly recommend this location for getting great service.
