DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. CROOKED BUSINESS. This company provides rental cars and charged us $1237 for a flat tire (with no spare provided) that left us stranded for 4 hrs and caused us to miss our flight. Company states that no flat tire was found and charged us for the tow+fees. Picture of tire being flat attached.

Apparently there is a miss-communication between Hertz and PriceLine. I was unaware they had limited milage. 450 itinerary miles and 35cents a mile after that.Not good when your headed 486 miles one way. Cancelled that reservation.

Terrible rental experience after a car accident, will not use Hertz again after the poor service! The small post ignores phone calls and doesn't return them. I had to wait for my car because they didn't return my repeated voicemails. I got a car that was terrible with smoke from a prior renter, called to request a more appropriate vehicle, again no return of voicemails when my calls were ignored. The last straw was today (I never complain) when we returned the rental after a month they say "we've expected this car for weeks" when I called multiple times and had even miraculously spoken to a person about the extension (because my car was still at the shop). If that wasn't enough to be entirely unacceptable, they charged my card $150 cleaning fee for pet fur... when you have a rental car for a month, you need to do basic things like take your pets to appointments and this is so very unacceptable that I am paying this fee. Never, ever again will I rent from Hertz.

Recently worked with Debbie at the Huntsville location she is wonderful. I had family visiting and had issue with there vehicle and were able to find a safe and reliable SUV at a great price. I purchased a Highlander last year from them as well. Way better than going to a dealership and no hidden cost so that is a plus. I recommend Eagle Automotive to anyone looking in near future for a good deal. Thanks again Debbie for your great customer service.

When things go well I guess they are ok. If there is a issue: user be ware. Had a rental thru a satellite office. After sever months I still have charges that are un-resolved with out communication from Eagle to help me out. During a refund/correction of a erroneous $600 charge more corrections were made to my charge card with out my consent. Now I am left with out help from Eagle regarding this charge

Rented a car thru a satellite office. Incorrect charges were refunded and “different†unexplainable charges were added with no help or support. A $600 overcharge turned into a $2 refund. From there Eagle has been Zero help. Not even a cant help you. Just silence from sales rep, nothing from management. Zero.

Very disappointed in our experience. Our insurance didn't want us to use this company due to billing issues in the past, but Enterprise didn't have any cars available at the time. They continue to charge the credit card that they “have on file†several weeks after the claim has been closed, claiming my insurance company paid me directly, which is against my insurance company's policy. They were very rude when I tried to get the issue resolved and passed me on to yet another person.

I recently purchased a used car from Mark and had a wonderful experience. I knew which car I wanted and test drove several from Topeka to Kansas city, At the big car dealerships, all the back and forth with pricing bothered me and when your done and don't like their price the experience got worse, not that way at all with Mark, He was very fair on the price and none of that high pressure sales stuff I got at almost all of the other dealerships. If your in the market for a used car I highly recommend checking Hertz out, They are good people to work with and I'm extremely happy with my purchase! JJ

Worst customer service ever. I was charged for tolls, late fees and service charges that were not mine. After numerous emails and phone calls they agreed to credit my account. That never did. They then ignored my subsequent emails and phone calls. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Very frustrating. I will never do business with Hertz again

These guys are thieves. I turned in my Penske truck rental with full fuel. They added a fuel charge of $75 and said it took 8.7 gal. I called Penske and they said tough luck
