The lady we spoke to on the phone was amazing in helping us. We get there and the same lady made us feel like we were wasting her time. The hold has still not come off our credit card, and that we weeks ago. Great cars, terrible customer service. But I guess that's just about everywhere nowadays. Sad...

I would not rent anything from this place. If you have to deal with someone named Tara I feel sorry for you the rudest nasty person not sure how she could be in sales. Enterprise for me from now on.

Terrible rental experience after a car accident, will not use Hertz again after the poor service! The small post ignores phone calls and doesn't return them. I had to wait for my car because they didn't return my repeated voicemails. I got a car that was terrible with smoke from a prior renter, called to request a more appropriate vehicle, again no return of voicemails when my calls were ignored. The last straw was today (I never complain) when we returned the rental after a month they say "we've expected this car for weeks" when I called multiple times and had even miraculously spoken to a person about the extension (because my car was still at the shop). If that wasn't enough to be entirely unacceptable, they charged my card $150 cleaning fee for pet fur... when you have a rental car for a month, you need to do basic things like take your pets to appointments and this is so very unacceptable that I am paying this fee. Never, ever again will I rent from Hertz.
