My car broke down on my way to Colorado from Kansas. I called Doug’s and they got me in immediately, fixed my issue, and got me back on the road within 2 hours. Price was more than fair and service was wonderful. I work as a technician in Colorado, and the work that I saw them do was professional and thorough. Also the shop dog Gus is a sweetheart, and kept my girlfriend good company while I was in the shop with Doug and his employees.

I highly reccomend! a ton of places refused to even look at my vehichle because of how rare it was, but Doug didn't. Many places were saying I would need to replace my battery and power steering pump, but it turned out the battery was just drained and a line from the pump just cracked. If it wasn't for going to Doug's service center I probably wouldnt have gotten an honest diagnoses for these issues.

Doug and his team fixed an A/C issue in one day that my current shop could not figure out after three trips & leaving the car for almost 6 total days. The A/C works perfectly now. I give Doug's Service 5 stars for, communication, cost, and timely repair. I will be using Doug's from now on for both my vehicles. He has earned my business. Thank you!
