It was my first time going there I had to get a new battery and spring for two watches. From start to finish I felt welcomed and cared for although what I asked for was very small. It took him about 10 minutes and I was done. Also I received a year warranty on my battery and he replaced the spring for free. I will be back. Nice staff nice shop and good work.

My wife and I went to Donaldson’s jewelers as a new customer to have some alterations done on some jewelry and to have a new ring made. All of the work was completed in an exceptionally short period of time, and when we went to pick up the jewelry, we were extremely impressed with the quality of the work that was done we could not have been happier. We were met with very friendly and cordial attitudes by all staff on both visits And could not have been more pleased with the overall experienced there. If you’re looking for jewelry or to have jewelry, modified, I highly recommend Donaldson jewelers for your needs. I give 10 stars out of five for this establishment.Mark Wanamaker

Simply amazing! I took in a loose gemstone to have set into a ring. They took the time to talk with me about the best size to fit the gemstone. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. My ring was ready a week later. I LOVE it!

One of my favorite watches was in need of repair, the clasp on the band had snapped off. I took it here to get it looked at because I saw all the other 5-star reviews. I was NOT disappointed. He looked at my watch for a second, said "Hey let me try something". Within 5 minutes he came back with my watch all fixed up AND he told me not to worry about it because it was such a quick fix!Amazing customer service. Donaldson's just earned my business for any future needs, 100%. Can't recommend enough!
