“I was so impressed with the manager Crystal who I called in the process of helping with a private matter however she was not only helpful but I noticed while I was on the phone with her she was greeting people by name and just had a kindness and wonderful presence about her and people were reacting to that with so much joy. We need more people like her in the world.”

The beauty of the Dollar Tree was everything was the same price. I don't normally shop at Dollar Tree anymore because of this issue, but I stopped in today to see what has changed. “It is almost a miniature version of most Dollar General stores. Don't let it fool you, it is absolutely packed with the same stuff as a bigger store. Bonus points for being organized and clean. Go there while you wait on your pizza from Marcos next door.”
“Always clean and fully stocked. I enjoy visiting this Dollar Tree when I'm in Topeka, it has a bigger craft section than my Lawrence store. I can count on finding exactly what I need every time I visit. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the self checkouts make it easy to get in and out quickly if you're needing something in a hurry.”
“I believe this to be the best Dollar Tree in Topeka, though the Dollar Tree at 21st and Wanamaker is also large and carries a nice selection. I find that they are both very well-stocked, I'm able to find items that I would not find elsewhere , good quality items such as "as seen on TV merchandise" , they are both very clean and the staff are usually very professional and friendly.”

“This shampoo found at Dollar General (purchased in north Topeka Blvd in shopping center) is the only kind they have that isn't heavy laden with several types of sulfates that is very harsh on your hair. This is free from all kinds of chemical & additives that can be harmful. It's safe for you, the planet & no testing on animals. It smells great & gets your hair really clean & soft.”
“Rented a Rug Doctor but didn’t assume the name Dr Rug. This is good and I’m grateful for keeping my unassuming self, free from self proclamation. The Rug Doctor did a great job and priced right. Dorothy, the store manager was very helpful and does an amazing job as her help is.

“Much better than the other store with the signage display "Dollar General". As I understand Family Dollar acquired some Dollar General stores and clearly run the stores they covertly own much better than the stores owned and ran by Dollar General. It is clean, all items priced, productive pleasant employees versus the Topeka Blvd Dollar General being dirty, store inventory still in pallets in the aisles creating a harborage for rodents and a definite fire hazard. I dislike going into this store. The employees have unreasonable expectations being forced to wait on people and stock shelves in this chaotic and filthy environment being paid low wages. High turnover rate.”

“It's dollar tree, what else needs to be said the staff is always nice but really it's dollar tree. Everything is a dollar. Nuff said. Sometimes it can be full of weird ppl but to be honest I'm one of them so it doesn't bother me.”
