Very disappointed in the quality of the lettece. I’ve been going once a week for a month & they are soaked & wilted & even look old. Brown in spots.
Tried the Chinese food today. Disgusting. Never again.
I had to go to another store to get what I needed.

stopped selling real silverware. only sells plastic disposable "silverware" now. multiple kinds of plastic silverware to buy, not a single real fork. Why? Senseless

Dillon's is a subsidiary of Kroger, so what you would expect to find there, you will find here. This is the only Dillon's location here that still has a salad bar, which I enjoy.

This place used to be good and we would have to go here to save on gas because the nearest Walmart is a long ways away, but quite recently it seems as though it has gone downhill.
Two out of the four bags of cheese we've bought from this place recently have been spoiled when we opened them. The store rarely has what we need in stock, and they are overworking the cashiers and they barely have any lanes open because of how little they pay them.
Prices have been going up and despite the store being clean and the workers polite, people cannot keep dealing with higher and higher prices for food when the management doesn't even care to keep their cheese fresh and not spoiled.

Coupons/digital coupons were not placed on my receipt and given at checkout. Scanned coupons by cashier also not given towards purchases.

Very rude employees. After spending 250 dollars on food I get approached rudely being accused of stealing a pack of eggs? I keep giving this store a chance because its close to my home but after today, I will no longer be spending my money there. Rather drive out my way than to go back to a store that can’t open more than one lane, then accuse people of stealing. And no didn’t get a “sorry” after checking my receipt and embarrassing me infront of the whole store.

Always out of chinese food by 6:00. The other dillons had mice problems in their kitchen and other issues.

The lead in the Murphy's cheese department i think her name is cassie or sherries was super helpful she helped me found what I needed was very informative and introduced me to new product great customer service I give her 5 stars

Its really messed up that your gas station attendant demanded my friends greencard and passport just because shes mexican. She had an id! This was sat 17th 2024, at 7:45-8amThis is disgusting behavior. I really hope this gets rectified. Fast.
