This store has been lacking a lot lately from the staff not caring and to having best by date items. The worst thing I experienced was a pick up order that was placed 15 hours in advance was not ready at the scheduled pick up time. I called the store and they were running 3-4 hours behind on pick up orders.

Stuff was everywhere in the isles and everything was hard to find at this location personally not my favorite location in town. It was supposed to be a fast in and out situation and it was not because we couldn't find half the stuff we needed.

Usually, I’ve found this to be an okay place to stop by for groceries, but I encountered an employee there today who was not very helpful. The worker at the self check-out area tried to help me with my problem, but this other lady was a bit rude, and unnecessarily so. I understand my problem was my fault, but we’re all human and make mistakes. A simple “Sorry, we can’t do anything about that” would’ve sufficed; you didn’t need to say “That’s on you.” I never made any demands or complaints, so I really didn't need that comment. You are not my mother and should not lecture me as if you were.

I went to this one a couple times and every time I feel like I’m treated poorly spent almost $500 in there the little girl acted like it was bothering her because she had to check me out called bakery asked about a cake and was told I have to wait For someone that makes cakes. Why would I call bakery then I don’t understand personally the service there is not becoming of a lot of them not saying all just a lot.

Dillon's has gone down hill. No check out personal, no help on the floor! Unless I have one or two items I'm going through the check out lane that has a person to check me out. I do not work for you.

The least clean dillions in town. It stinks. It looks gross. It's dirty. Came during lunch to grab a juice and a protein bar. Stood in line for 15 minutes while dead eyed employees just stood there. The line of people was ridiculous. 0 customer service. cleanliness. First time I went in since I tried to work at the baker there about 9 years ago. I worked 1 shift back there and demanded a meeting with the manager because of health violations, cross contamination and poor safety practices. Even showing the manager that there were online reviews from customers complaining about the same issues. They refused to do anything about. The manager just acted offended and I quit on the spot. Nasty!

Despite being a national chain, it still has the look and feel of the hometown grocery store. When there is a sale, prices can be sorta competitive to Walmart. But Dillons is definitely my secondary store. I only go there for a wider selection than what is available at Walmart or Aldi's. Their business practices have created a ton of food deserts. They close "under performing" stores to create larger stores out of neighborhoods that need them. I get the whole profits thing. I don't see them putting anything back into these neighborhoods they abandon. Because of the lack of choices in grocery stores I can't totally abandon them. But I have vowed not to give them my primary food dollars.

Prices are reasonable, chicken and Chinese kitchen are decent. Customer service is clearly not a priority.

I see why this Dillon's has each bad rating! I was having problems with using my card to make a purchase and I asked if there was a manager I could speak with a the lady said no! I then changed my tone and demanded a manager a she then called manager to front, but there is no reason to lie or be deceptive and make it seem like I'm wrong to ask for management!
