Mostly sweet staff in the store. However trying to get a receipt at a gas pump is next to impossible lately. Won’t print and cashiers cannot retrieve it. Frustrating when you need to turn in receipts. It’s happened 3 times in the last few weeks. I’m done.

Fed up with this place. Huge lines in the evenings and no way I am doing a whole cart in your self checks so you can save on labor at my expense. Last straw was customer service blowing me off when your sale price did not ring up on 1 item.

I mainly came here to get some prescriptions filled. When checking in with the pharmacy to let them know I was there, and going to wait, the employee checked the status of the medications. She said they had all in stock except for one. I knew it would be the one I really needed, because my luck and I have a hate hate relationship. Of course it was, and it would have to be re-scribed for another pharmacy to fill it. But being awesome, the employee said "Wait a minute, the computer has been lying to me lately." So she ran back and checked the shelf. She came back and said "No we got it, you're good." What a relief. She could have taken the computer's word for it and continued about her day. But she went out of her way, and that little bit extra made my day. I can't remember her name, but she was a younger lady with long dark hair. Thanks.

Todays the last day I shop here. I’ve tolerated this place long enough bro lol. Literally every single time I use the self check out the AI system somehow thinks that I’m stealing and then shuts off my ability to scan items and forces a worker to have to scan their card and watch back the footage to make sure I’m not stealing. The technology is horrendous and inaccurate. I had intentions on going to a cashier, but they had no cashiers. Literally 20 empty lanes, not a single cashier? I swear whoever’s idea it was to install these antitheft checkouts needs to be fired. I’m never coming here again. It’s terrible business. You should make it as easy as possible for customers to want to come and purchase an item. That’s basic custom service. They’re losing so much money because I know I’m not the only one frustrated. I hate supporting Walmart, but apparently that’s where I have to go from now on when I want to make large purchases. Not to mention the staff there makes me feel like I actually am stealing whenever they watch back the footage and are questioning me about my items. Really not in the mood to be interrogated like an alleged thief when I’m just trying to get my groceries for the week. Goodbye Dillon’s for life.✌️

Usually my favorite dillions in town but Eva at self check out is nasty everytime go in there but Angela and any other cashier is nice

Crazy experience today with a super aggressive back room supervisor! This was my first visit to this Dillon’s, and the employees I met were unhappy and unhelpful in general, except for one very nice young woman in the bakery who was polite and gave me guidance.

If you're gonna have self checkouts, then at least staff them with individuals that understand how the system works and are competent enough to operate it. A decent attitude and acting like you care about being there helps too. This location has really gone downhill in customer service ever since they installed the second set of self checkouts. And back when I worked there, they would've printed this review out and talked with everyone about it.

Dillons had everything that we needed. Today they had a great sale going and the fresh veggies looked really great. The self checkout registers are a little hard to deal with. The checkout attendant was so patient and helpful. We appreciated that.

There was a time I gave this store 5 stars, for their variety and customer service. I believe customer service is everything, now they have 1 poor elderly woman watching multiple self-checkers and no one to help her. If a price is wrong the customer is now forced to "prove it". Why shop someplace that charges 3xs the price of Aldi or Wal-Mart? At least Aldi will throw your groceries in your cart, with a smile. If I could reduce my score below 1 star I would. The really sad part, is it's not that poor elderly womans fault or the floor supervisor that looks like she hasn't had time to sleep. It's the corporate office who has reduced the amount of employees, increased the current employees work load, while diminishing the quality of customer service to zero. Shame on you Kroger!
