I do not recommend this pharmacy. Every one here is rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Especially, the pharmacist, Michael. Who is unprofessional and racist. He purposely refused to transfer my prescription and spelled my name wrong. What pharmacist does that? Especially for a patient that needs life saving medication. I will be filing a complaint to corporate headquarters.

Highly recommend Jess! She loves to yell at customers that can't understand the gibberish she speaks into the phone

My prescriptions are ready on time. They do tend to seem to be a little bit less expensive than Walgreens even on the co-payment.

The whole experience is absolutely horrible! The staff all acts like they don't want to be there. You are in the people business..get real. I understand the short staff deal of COVID etc , but now I feel like it being used as an excuse for managements inability to hire the right people to do a simple job. Go ahead and argue. This world is sad...nobody wants to work. They act like money will appear for doing absolutely nothing. This does not even deserve a 1 star. Avoid this place with all costs especially if you are on life saving medications that you need in a timely manner!

I think it’s time we have a philosophical conversation about what the quintessence of PeePeePooPoo actually is. Some distinguished Ancient PeePeePooPooologists suggest that it can be found in somewhere in the testicular region, but I found that it is somewhere located in the divine, between the balls, and the soul. PeePeePooPoo is not in the physical in many ways though, contrary to the teachings of the Church of GG Allin, it is not a manifestation of Mankind, it is a phenomenon that will only occur on the most absurdist environments, and can only be harnessed by a small minority of soulful, yet grounded individuals. Because I have been endowed with the divine environment in which to manage, and to grow this PeePeePooPoo, I can honestly stand by my clinical studies, not anecdotes of mortals. PeePeePooPoo is not a force to tinker with lightly, and I wholly encourage debate on this subject.

I keep fighting them to fill my medicine in the original bottle. I take lots of medicines and a lot look alike. Today it happen again it was filled in on of their bottles. When I talked to Mike he admitted notes said to fill In manufacturer’s bottle. He said it wasn’t a promise. It was my choice if I wanted to change Pharmacies. WOW what non-caring customer service attitude! What would be easier than slapping a label on the original bottle like I requested or opening the bottle and counting out then putting it in another bottle. Which sounds easier to you?

Their automated phone refill system used to work well a few years back, probably more like 7-10 years ago. Now it is stroke inducing at best. I had several prescriptions related to a shoulder surgery several months ago, none of which I still need. All I take now are my normal bp meds. I’ve been trying to get my bp meds refilled for several weeks. The system takes forever to navigate and after finally requesting the bp meds the automated system tells me ALL the prescriptions (along with the ones surgery from months ago and several others I haven’t taken in 7-8 years) will be refilled, except for the ones I actually requested. Call after call to try and reach a human I finally got it straightened out,.... skip the phone system and walk in for your refills. Or, just choose a different pharmacy.

Waited almost an hour for a prescription that was ordered ahead of time. Their customer service skills suck!

I am disappointed to have to change pharmacy after several years at the 29th and Urish location. Always wait in a long line, at least 10 people, drive thru is usually closed, staff complain they are so short-staffed for months. Today went thru drive thru of 5 car line and waited 40 min. When clerk brings med to my car in front of store as it is to large for pneumatic tube, she gives me the wrong quantity, forgets to put my Dillons card in my bag, tells me I can go back and get in line again at drive thru or park, bring bag in store and talk to pharmacist. I am disabled. This rx was ordered 2 days ago, was not ready 28 hrs later so I am told come back after 7 pm last night. More time, more wasted gas. Today I arrive at 4pm and it still wasn't ready. Changing to Hy-Vee.

No matter how many days in advance I call for a prescription refill, they claim to have no record of me calling. And is the rare chance they do remember to do their job, they always always always loose my prescription. They make me wait for 30 minutes or more as they go look for it each and every time. Normally, I would allow it to slide once or twice but it's a ceaseless pattern with the idiotic, rude staff. Worst customer service I have ever seen and the most incompetent, hostile people I ever had the misfortune to meet. Don't use this broken pharmacy. It's not worth it.

Long time customer at this GROCERY STORE. e-coupons; website/app is a problem, recent Kroger change making it unable to click items from circular onto shopping list. The gaspump rewards even more important currently, but quite primitive and confusing to use. In-store Starbucks is good; also Floral and Pharmacy depts. Big potholes in parking lot, esp near middle exit, could swallow the front end!

The apathetic, bordering on hostile, staff made it impossible to keep using Dillons to fill my elderly father’s prescriptions after he moved to an assisted living facility. He was a loyal Dillons’ customer for 75 years and the son of a former Dillons store manager. They should get out of the pharmacy business entirely if they can’t drastically improve their level of customer service.

I have chronic pain. The first time I went to get my medications they told me that my muscle relaxer is an antibiotic so I didn't pick it up. They also told me that the pain reliever was never sent in by my doctor. I spoke with my doctor who explained that it IS a muscle relaxer so I went back to get it. They said they still don't have the pain reliever. After months of chronic pain I call the pharmacy to try again only to hear from the recording that it has been there the whole time. This has been a terribly PAINFUL experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service. When you call your prescriptions in 4 days in advance, and they tell you they have no record of you calling. Then I asked for them to transfer my daughters prescriptions to a different pharmacy and have to call 3 times to be sure they do it. On the third time they told me it was just done 5 minutes ago….and the pharmacy they called it in to closes in 5 minutes that’s not ok. There are no excuses. We just might grocery shop somewhere else too.
