Christina the pharmacist absolutely saved the day! After numerous of other pharmacies around Topeka were closed or out of stock. Christina took my call 15 min before closing time and went above and beyond to help us! Waiting after hours 30 min, calling other pharmacies and the hospital to make sure we could get the much needed medication we needed. Thanks Christina!!

Bad experience with pharmacy. Sundays they open at 11…. And then take an hour lunch from 1-1:30 and close. I had a 2:00 appointment for a simple flu shot, made online, several hours in advance. By 2:30, still no shot. 5 people that just walked in got service before we did. We ended up just canceling. Very poor service .

At the North Dillons, I went to pick up a prescription for a hospice patient and the pharmacist was very rude to me about it. I’m not sure what her name was, but it was the actual pharmacist. She accused me of “billing” something wrong and was extremely condescending. I had ordered something the way I always do and she didn’t seem to understand what I needed and was too busy trying to be right to listen. I don’t “bill” things. I kind of felt bad for everyone around her honestly. She seemed to enjoy listening to herself talk while everyone around her does not.

I really wish they were open until 10pm like their Northside competition. That was the reasoning for my 4 stars. Things I appreciate and like about my Dillon’s pharmacy is their ability to keep some of the same staff for years (not seen a lot), I have never gotten bad attitude from anyone, wether it be on the phone or in person. And although they are human and have to have a bad day once in a while, they do not show it during their interactions. It means a lot.

I showed up at 10 mins to 8:00 pm and got prompt and friendly service. There was an issue with my info in their system but they quickly worked to resolve this so I could get my prescription before going on vacation. Will be moving all my rx’s to them!

I live close so it is very convenient but this is the second visit in two weeks and no carts again!! In addition the guy at the deli obviously doesn't like his job... same guy as before same attitude. Two strikes your out, will be driving across town to HyVee in future

Never honestly have a problem here. Prescriptions are always ready when I'm ready for them.

Why is there 0ver 1900 different shampoo and conditioner and not a single one for hair type other then white america. Why my hair supplies have to be locale in a complete different store. I guess we never really left "separate but equal". Thanks for inequality Dillons! You should feel proud.

I have been using the Dillons grocery app where they deliver your food after you placed your order the only problem is that when I order things they don't all get here because they're out of stock
