Awesome experience! I had 3 jewelry pieces repaired; a friend recommended Diamonds by Design, so I took a gold box chain necklace, a diamond dinner ring, & my mother-in-law's turquoise ring to this jewelry store.My necklace was repaired first. I had requested its completion before Mother's Day. I picked it up a few days before the event; I was pleasantly surprised as there was no charge.My diamond dinner ring was bent out of shape & needed to be fixed & resized. My husband had used a fine saw & had cut the ring from my finger when I was pregnant in 1980. (I had not enjoyed wearing the ring since the 1980's.) The ring is now beautiful once again!! I showed our neighbor who was surprised at its beauty - she couldn't see any repair marks at all.My mother-in-law's ring was a sterling silver turquoise ring that her aunt in New Mexico had given to her. It needed to be sized correctly to fit my right ring finger. The jeweler did awesome work!Diamond's by Design photographed my jewelry, & the photos were on the paperwork given to me for later pick-up.I took a 4th jewelry piece (another ring) that needed stones replaced & resized. They were honest about its quality, & I was advised against fixing it. I appreciated their advice.My rings sparkled SO brilliantly when I picked them up after repair. Thank you. I recommend Diamond's by Design for any jewelry purchase or repair.

I love diamond by design! I had my wedding ring for so many years. Left it to repair after it got cut for my operation . Dan the owner is so kind, great , nice he returned it to me free of charge, I’m still super greatful and humbled they kept it for so many years and returned it to me , still amazed no charge , God bless diamonds by design may diamonds by design achieve all the companies dreams and excede all expectación, God bless you and thank you so much!.

The ONLY place I take my jewellery to be cleaned or serviced. Amazing service and knowledge. They have been helped design several custom pieces using an unused wedding set. Beautiful workmanship! Don't for get about your higher end watches that need periodic cleanings, batteries or repair work. A+

Took my watch to get the battery replaced. 15 minutes later they brought it back and my seconds hand is 13 sec behind and won't rest to 0. My stop watch function isn't working either. I turned it over and they cross threaded one of the screws. This is a $1000 bulova watch not a $20 casio. They shipped it off to get it fixed. If I have to pay for it this will be a 1 star review

went in to have a watch battery replaced was met by ashlynn. she told meIwould have to come later to pick it up which was no problem at all. she called me a little while later to tell me it was ready so I went to pick it up and she told me it was no charge to me since I had to come back. I tried to pay her for atleast the battery but told me no. This was my first time in the store and I couldnt believe what a great experience it was Thanks Ashlynn you made my day! If I were Diamond Dan Id give you a raise! Thanks Again Bill

The staff is horrible!!!!! HORRIBLE!!! One girl had no idea what I was talking about and the other wouldn’t even come out behind a desk that’s on the floor... HORRIBLE service!! Rude, unprofessional, nasty place! I will never step foot in the bogus establishment again!

I took in my Marc Jacob’s watch in for a battery change. The girl brought it back out after she had broken the hands off the watch and seriously cuffed up that back of the watch and then asked if it broke because it was cheap. Not only were they rude but I left with my watch in worse shape than when I brought it in. They offered to send it out to their watch repair person, but after what they had already done, I declined. I took it over to Calhoun’s and they had it fixed later that week. The employee’s at Calhoun’s were more apologetic that someone broke my watch than the people who actually broke it.

Had another custom piece made for a gift. They always deliver on promises and are easy to deal with. Can't imagine buying jewelry from anyone else!
