“I wish that some of the items that they carry were consistent. I bought some flowers and everyone loved them but when I went back it was gone. I spoke with the clerk, and they said it varies and they couldn't tell me when or if they will stock it again.”

“Store was clean and immaculate. I was looking for bathroom vanity items and had to improvise based on what I could find. The atmosphere seemed sophisticated but not inviting. The staff was on the floor but not asking to help or seemed focused on stocking. I would go again, just wish it was more inviting and better customer service.”
“Not a bad selection for a neighborhood Wal-Mart. Also very friendly cashiers and customer service workers. It's not in a great part of town, but overall very convenient and nice.”
“Store had a variety of outdoor decor and planters. Found some acrylic drawers there for super cheap compared to Amazon or Walmart. Staff was friendly and informative.”

“My go-to store. Always clean, always easy to find what I need. Every employee I've ever encountered over the last 5 years has always been helpful and nice, with the exception of EVAN. We encountered him on 4/16/24 & his attitude and facials were insane and beyond unprofessional. I didn't realize he was hired to be a store ornament. I was under the impression basic customer service was in his job description. Thank goodness for high turnover. Hoping I don't ever have to interact with such a miserable individual here again in the future.”

“It really depends on which Walmart in Topeka that I go to, I like all of them EXCEPT South Side Walmart on 37th St. I HATE this one bcuz 9 times out of 10 they have people following me around all over the store like I'm trying to steal stuff when I obviously have no purse, no baggie clothes, no where to even hide anything on me if I did want to steal, I have complained to managers at this location a few times bcuz its degrading, embarrassing, rude and annoying. It's also harassment and it gets old. I am a customer, I suggest leaving customers to shop, unless you see a customer in person or on camera shoplifting then let them be or Walmart will have a HUGE lawsuit on there hands.”
“Clean environment, but the staff wasnt friendly and didnt want to help me. I asked them to help me find something and they said to go to the back and look. I told them I already looked, and they said i just missed it. When i finally got them to show me, they took me to a different area from where they pointed and found it for me. They wanted me to waste my time there.”
“I always stop on this store on my way home, we always get the best deals and get some free popcorn aswell! The workers are always on top of everything and they are always there to help us in a jam!”

“I called looking for a specific medication that has been hard to find. They transferred my prescription over with no issues, held my meds, and were so incredibly helpful in the whole process!!!”
“Manager Jessica to the rescue! I ordered multiple bags of garden soil that were represented online as in-stock, only to find out they were not. Jessica investigated the issue and brought a frustrating situation to a quick, satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Jessica!”
“I mainly came here to get some prescriptions filled. When checking in with the pharmacy to let them know I was there, and going to wait, the employee checked the status of the medications. She said they had all in stock except for one. I knew it would be the one I really needed, because my luck and I have a hate hate relationship. Of course it was, and it would have to be re-scribed for another pharmacy to fill it. But being awesome, the employee said "Wait a minute, the computer has been lying to me lately." So she ran back and checked the shelf. She came back and said "No we got it, you're good." What a relief. She could have taken the computer's word for it and continued about her day. But she went out of her way, and that little bit extra made my day. I can't remember her name, but she was a younger lady with long dark hair. Thanks.”
“Well, as of 2024/04/15, bidenflation has only gotten worse! Really have to cut back on the niceties and focus on essentials. Beans, rice, tortillas, and greasy hamburger. Just to think, 4 years ago we could afford to go to the local butcher and get a filet, T- bone and a juicy Rib eye, and it did not cost $80.00.
It is not that it is a bad place to shop, it is that the Bidenflation and Shrinkflation is killing my wallet! I think the Fat Cats at the top could reduce their pay by a few million, put it back into the store that way us poor folks are not robbing Peter to pay for our food and essentials.”
“This is a very large Super Walmart, formerly a Hyper Walmart. It is generally clean and well kept.
However, every time I visit there is something odd. On my last trip there was a guy open carrying a handgun and joking around with it by the entrance.”

“I like this place. They are no longer Orscheln and have been bought out. I go here to get my chicken feed and dog food. I have found they are usually very competitive on their feed pricing. I have been to TSC and they always seem to beat their feed pricing.”
