David’s updated my diamond in an existing setting. David’s quoted me prices for diamonds and the cost to set at substantially less than the cost quote from a different downtown area Topeka jewelry store. It turned out gorgeous! Thank you David’s.

Tried to keep it local. Dropped off simple repairs 12/9/2022 and was gracious about it being Christmas so totally agreeable about picking up afterwards. Was told "not ready yet but will get done this week" every Saturday thereafter. It's mid March so called today and told them I'll just come pick them up and go elsewhere. He said okay. So frustrated...

I had taken my wedding rings into them to be resized and have the bands soldered together. They had them for about a week and not even a month after getting them back they broke at the seam where they soldered them together. They did fix them no charge. Once again they had them almost a week. A couple months later they broke in the same place. So I took them back a 3rd time. They fixed them no charge. And a couple months later they were back in for the same issue plus they dripped some other solder on the top part of my ring which made it cut into my finger. And supposedly fixed them again. Couple weeks later back in For the 4th time. Supposedly fixed again. This time almost 6 months later they break again and the drip of solder is still there. They have filed my rings down so much trying to fix them, that the jeweler that I have now taken them to said they were just about non-repairable. So $450 later I have to pay out to have my wedding set fixed correctly and by another jeweler. Wouldn’t recommend this place. What once was a well known reputable jeweler, not so much now.

??Thank you for buying my old jewelry and giving me more than I thought possible! ?I had a tennis bracelet, a promise ring, and a pair of diamond earrings. It really helped me when I needed the ca$h more than the jewelry I barely wore and wasn't going to wear again.Just FYI nothing against who gave them to me but they just didn't work for me. ? The store then sells the pieces in-store.Then the appraiser at the jewelry store handed me a check and even referred me to their bank right down the way to get ?? in hand right away.The bank was so beautifully kept and looked like the bank in Harry Potter movies! The whole process took around an hour! So impressive ?
