Had to have a prescription filled before a procedure and it is not written till the day of. There was a problem with the prescription (not CVS’s fault) when I dropped it off. It was finally resolved, but when I arrived to pick it up, the pharmacy was closed for lunch! All of the 4-5 people that were there earlier were gone. Why would they let the whole pharmacy group leave. Unbelievable!

I receive text messages that I've requested a refill on something I just picked up prompting a call from my doctor. When I call the pharmacy, I am answered by "hold" and after sitting on hold a long time, I'm just hung up on. Their automated system is messed up.

Alicia is one of the employee who charged me for USB(asked for soft copy of passport pic) which is $ 16.99 + tax. She gave me empty USB envelope saying USB is inside envelope. But she knew that there is no USB inside the envelope. I went for a retake of picture ( as the first picture is blurred). Other employee helped me with retake and I have asked her for updating the picture in USB ( soft copy). At that point of time I have seen that the envelop is empty and asked the previous employee(Alicia) . She committed that she has not given me the USB but charged me for it. Worst experience and rude employee. ALERT: CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE PAYING BILL AND AMOUNT YOU PAID.

I honestly never thought it possible that a pharmacy would actually make WalMart pharmacy look good. Thank you, CVS, for proving me wrong. They lose info, they dont get prescriptions right, then try to resurrect prescriptions I havent used in months. The CONSTANTLY dont call my prescriber to re activate subscriptions that for some reason no one can figure out have lapsed (although my original scrip shows 6+ months left), even though they specifically asked my permission to do so. They dont call to let me know that for some reason they cant renew, when they should be able to. WalMart did, CVS...no. Wait times are up and down. They dont get quantities correct! They are AWFUL, in every way. If I could give a 0 star, I would! Sadly my insurance is through State of Kansas, so I have to get my meds from CVS. Trying to get the State to change this seems impossible!

Called up and asked about prices on 4 specific items, the girl put me on hold for 12 minute and came back and said they didnt carry any of the items i asked for even though they are listed as a retailer of the items. I drove to the store myself and they had EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE ITEMS I ASKED ABOUT!!!!!!!!!! THIS is why this store will be out of business within a year!
