They recently worked on my 2010 ford edge and I thought it would never run again before I took it to them . But they fixed it and it runs great. I recommend anyone to go to them . They do a great job!!

Everyone was very professional from the start to the end. The truck seems to be running normal once again, which is a great improvement. You listened to what to had been done, and took it from there. We got the truck back quickly and all is good. Which means a great deal considering It belongs to my dad. Thanks for a job well done

Really great experience with Crossroads! They immediately greet you with a friendly welcome when you walk in, listen intently and respond patiently, and have a soothing, nicely designed waiting area that's comfortable and accommodating. (It may seem like a small detail, but the state of the waiting area immediately communicated to me that they are very customer-oriented, thoughtful, and likely genuinely care about people.) The calming music was a nice touch, and positive & calming was the overall 'vibe' I got here! Their quote for my repair was very reasonable as well- lower than what I read it would likely be online- and they completed it in a timely manner. Engine light has not come on again since and my car is running great. Will absolutely be returning to Crossroads for future repairs!

HI everyone, I had a excellent experience with Crossroads, I'm so glad I selected them to repair my truck. Did some research to find a place to start taking my vehicle too get serviced. I selected Crossroads between the 3 business I looked into.
They kept me updated on the progress of repairing my truck. Great people, and they will be my go-to place to get my vehicle serviced. I do thank them for the great job done on my truck. ??

My first time at Crossroads Automotive I had called & gotten an appt. for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised at how personalized the service was. I had read other reviews. People go there repeatedly & trust them! In the past I had gone to one of the big "chain stores" where I could shop for groceries while my qcar was being serviced. Over the years the "chain store automotive" had left a cap loose & I leaked oil for days. Another time I had "chain store automotive" install two new head lights. Only they never checked them after installing & both lights point at different levels & still do & in slightly different directions. When I went back to the "Chain Store" they said they couldn't do anything to help even if I paid them & they said one screw was probably tightened too much...??? Crossroads told me what I may need to keep an eye out for & what I may need to have done in the future. It's in writing so I can go back later & review it even months later. Also, my oil change was very reasonably priced. Crossroads I believe is run by an honest & caring family & I will continue to trust them to service my car.

Been going here for a some time these folks are very honest and do great work, Jacob keeps the ball rolling but takes time for the customer, they keep peanut butter crackers for me but have other things for other customers and a lady showed me how to use the coffee maker the other day so now I’m forced to choose coffee or water, no beer I think they want to be sure the waiting room doesn’t get over crowded and people go home and go home safely.
Oh yeah the whole lot of them are kind

Jacob and his team at Crossroads Automotive did an outstanding job! From the moment my husband and I walked in the door we were treated with kindness and great professionalism. The mechanics did an excellent job diagnosing the problems with my car and the estimate was pretty close to what was quoted. My car was repaired in a reasonable timeframe.We are very pleased with our service and the quality. The staff is absolutely amazing!
