I Was disappointed in how they handled our situation. We put a deposit down to save a specific date and they changed it without even having the option of getting our deposit back. I felt like it was very unprofessional.**I am adding to my previous review because after I got a response from the owner I realize that you guys think my issue is with the fact that you think I have a problem with your rule of “current families have first priority” that is absolutely not the issue and I understand that.The problem is that when I put a deposit down in September to save the date of March 6th that is all I was told- “the deposit is to save the date” I was never told that that wasn’t a sure thing and I was never given paperwork either. Otherwise, what is the point of putting a deposit down? If I would have been told that you guys possibly could change that date due to an attending family needing the spot I would not have put a deposit down.Also, I contacted you guys which is the only way I found out she would be starting April 3rd instead of March 6th. Which was only 6 weeks before what I thought our start date was. In the daycare world that is not much time. When were you guys planning on telling me this? That was Almost a month later than what we were planning on. I realize there are some families that starting a month after they planned to start daycare would be just fine but we both work full time jobs and had been planning on the start date of March 6th.. again nothing else was ever mentioned to me other than, “the deposit is to save the date”.There was miscommunication but it was not on my part. And I do feel like due to the circumstances we should have been offered our deposit back if that wasn’t going to work for us.

Our family loves Countryside! After having issues at another facility, we had several friends recommend Countryside to us. We put in our non-refundable deposit and application and started two weeks later and have been very pleased every since. We came from another facility where we were constantly having to keep our child home or pick up early due to lack of staffing and had several instances where their was just an overall lack of care. We have never had these issues at Countryside! They are so organized and detailed (as type A parents, we LOVE this) and truly care for our child. We enjoy the constant communication, classroom events, detailed daily and weekly schedules, and all of the teachers! They've truly made a happier child and we've kicked ourselves that we didn't come here sooner!

My son has attended countryside now for a year(Happy Anniversary Countryside). The staff at countryside are caring, loving and go above and beyond for the children in their care. The teachers are always doing educational projects with the students in class and outside of class(Field Trips). The teachers are also very good about updating me throughout the day on Procare which is an app they use to communicate with parents. It’s very hard now days to find people who care and have compassion for others. As a single mom of a toddler there’s so much that I take on alone and to know that my son is being taken care of in a safe clean environment and learning while I am at work is very comforting. The staff here are apart of my village and it truly takes a village. If your looking for childcare I definitely recommend countryside.

We love Countryside Child Development Center; my daughter is excited to go every single morning! The staff provide regular updates throughout the day and fill their time with so many fun and developmentally appropriate activities! It feels like a little family, and I could not be happier. I was anxious to send my daughter to daycare for the first time at 18 months - it has been a wonderful experience for both of us and I am so glad I chose Countryside!

We love Countryside! Our preschooler has so many rich & creative experiences each week. We love her teachers and appreciate their attention, compassion and energy. With all the things families have to worry about these days, it's a relief to not have to worry about the care your child is receiving when you aren't able to provide it yourself. While it's a team effort, I can honestly say they're preparing her for kindergarten in ways we can't do ourselves. We appreciate the excellent communication, the variety of learning opportunities and the character-building occurring each day.

We are approaching one year at Countryside and we are very happy with our experience. When our full-time care notified us they were permanently closing its doors last year, we found Countryside was opening its full-time pre-school and could not be more happy with the level of love and care our kids have been shown since we made the move. They are happy, stay busy, and -are learning with fun activities. They look forward to going back each day and that speaks volumes to me. The staff and teachers are friendly and the communication and family activities make this a fun community to be part of.

My son started 7 weeks ago and we absolutely love this place! The staff is ALWAYS smiling and happy. My son runs to the staff members because he feels safe and cared for with them! They include parents in everything going on through out the day with their app! But my most favorite is all the photos I get through out the day! I highly recommend!

We have been going here since the initially reopened in January of 2022, despite multiple staffing fluctuations including directors they have never stopped providing the best care and putting my child first at all times. When we drop him off in the morning everyone greets him by name. He is cared for and loved beyond measure there and as much as we all hate to leave our littles with others it gives us so much peace of mind to know how well he is cared for here. Special shout out to Melissa and Michelle for ensuring that even with some changing teachers when everyones business is struggling to keep staff that the kids always had stability in their routine and days. I can’t say enough great things about this daycare and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

My grandson loves this place (and so do we) It feels like his second home when I drop him off. He is happy and welcomed with a smile each day. Trusting some else to care for your child can be scary but CCDC has made it effortlessly to trust. I highly recommend.

We've had a good experience here. Our kiddo has extra needs. When we pick her up or drop her off, all the teachers greet her and care for her. There were many staff changes initially but the new director and staff seem to be sticking. Childcare is an underrated, difficult field to work in. We appreciate the work they do!

I had a poor experience here. On the first day I dropped him off I received no updates about his day. I don't need to be a helicopter parent, but having no communication on a first day was not helpful to understanding his transition to a new preschool. In addition, about a month and a half into his time at CCDC a teacher mishandled him and caused him to have nursemaid's elbow which I understand is common for young children and not a permanent injury. However it is now a reoccurring issue that results in pain, discomfort, and additional trips to urgent care and pediatric appointments.

I can't say enough good thinks about CCDC. The staff is so caring and attentive. There is open communication between the teachers, director and parents. My child is excited to go to school every day because of the wonderful work they do!

Zero stars should be an option! This review is directed towards the childcare department.We put a deposit down for our child to start on March 6, 2023. Went to visit today, January 18th, and was informed there was a mix up and our child couldn’t attend until April 3rd. The Director, Brittney Tilley, said that the attending families and their siblings are always first priority. So, the “Save the Date” deposit we put down in September did absolutely nothing! They also refuse to refund us our deposit even tho they’re the ones that made the mistake. Brittney Tilley then claimed they can move the start date backs and are only required to inform the parents of those changes a month in advance.So, this place has no issues accepting money and then making changes to the attendance start dates that leave parents high-and-dry. False promises always make good first impressions don’t they..? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
