if I could give zero stars I would got approved/ referred from EAS to this community actions for assistance they had me going around cycles for stuff they needed but kept denying me repeatedly for assistance my children and I don't go here for assistance it's the worst place especially for families and maybe it's just single mother raising children I have another agency who reach out to me thanks to my awesome attorney if you want a agency that's going to work with you around the clock to help you be successful reach out to me I was going to give up after going back and forth for almost 4 months just to repeatedly be denied I'm a single brown skin mother of 6 small children trying to get my cna to provide better for my children

CRC is a wonderful resource for the neighborhood. I know if many of their services, & learn about new ones often. Staff are great, very helpful, non- judgemental.

From the ladies whom answer the phone to whom ever you have a chance to meet with. These people are positive minded and no matter what day of the week, or how busy they are, they are kind. Most impressive was that the day I went in there and the person I had spoken with was not in… the girl manning the front desk knew EXACTLY where to look for the paper that I needed. A lot of places just say “so and so is not here” and you have to come back. Not always a good thing with time not always in your favor.5 STARS
