Was not happy at first but later found out it was actually my insurance companies fault. Derek went above and beyond to make it right and in the end everything worked out. Derek was great to work with and remained calm when we were upset. Give that man a raise!!

Insultingly disappointing.
1) What should have been a 4-5 week job (other professional's options) turned out to be 7 weeks.
2) I was challenged by management once they learned of my past career in autobody and the knowledge that [visual evidence] the poor quality of the interior detailing upon delivery was unacceptable and they failed in quality control for starters.
3) The day after pickup, I was able to scrutinize the body & paint work and was not surprised to fined about a half dozen hail dents that were not fixed. Along with paint nubs/dirt in the clearcoat and overpray on a door weatherstripping.
4) The hood was loose and was shaking/vibrating at high speeds.
5) The rear window defrost doesn't seem to be working.
6) Customers service at the front desk was great. However, management feels the need to tell me (the Customer) all the shop issues like being overbooked and/or short staffed. Moreover, thier personal problems that has zero relationship to my vehicle being fixed period.
7) Customer service 101, needs improvement or at a minimum training from a professional third party person.
8) I was pushed to the right on pickup about 4 times over the 7 week and 3 day timeline that it took to get my truck back with an overall letter grade of a D+ in my personal experiences and opinion.
9) Now, I will have further inconvenience by bring my truck back to have them clean "detail" it right (for real maybe) a second time around. How insultingly disappointing?!
10) in closing, I will never recommend this shop to anyone; however, I will make it my mission to info and share my disappointing experience with the likes of Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, and the common social media platforms.

Very happy so far my car is there now and my insurance is paying everything but the $500 deductible. There is a long wait for services because they are really busy.

Had issue with bottom of vehicle told insurance they referred me there.on a Tuesday talk to a coley he was nice told me to take vehicle Wed said ok. Go Wed morning tell another person named Matt if he knew who would could tow vehicle over there ?he gave me some names and ask him could you set it up since you do it all the time?he said no I had to set up.said ok.that was the first red flag. I get it the about 2 that day .so I go Friday to see how it's looking and what problem.yet again Matt say haven't had time to look at it and they do not work sat /sun .say ok . I check next week. Tuesday comes ask same thing Matt just gives me same poppycock we have no time just to look at it and see how long and what damage it it fixable or not.i did that again Thursday. Same thing Matt gave me lip service.if I wanted lip service I would take it off my zipper.told insurance gave me only 5 days rental.he said do not worry you got 30 day.told I did not want to use unless had too.my insurance keep calling me asking for progress I told him didn't know nobody told me anything.they had to get involved since there was a lot of lollygagging going around.took them almost 2week to tell me nothing totaled. I will never go over there again.such a waste of time.just know if it a 6 day job it will be done in two weeks since they do not work weekends.any other place it would be done in a week

They did a horrible job. They have techs that aren’t certified with icar. Yet they have a gold standard because the manager does the test for the techs. Lmfao I would highly recommend not using this place for service. Use a quality body shop like car-star or a dealership.Services: Painting

Vehicles body was damaged on two additional spots after I turn the car in to them for bodywork. One they did not know about it even though they caused it and the other one they deny doing. I had videos of the car before I turned it in to them for work.Service: Body & Trim

Crash Champions repaired my back corner panel and I was very pleased with their work and communication. They did make an error in the wiring that caused an issue with my keys and car communicating. They paid for the fix when they we not able to provide a remedy at their shop. I was so pleased that they stood behind their work and made it right!!
