Went to get a single car wash and was offered a monthly subscription. I politely declined, and then he made another pitch. I said “no” at least 5 times, but he kept aggressively and rudely ignoring me, almost as if a single car wash simply was not an option.
One of the pitches was that you don’t have to wait in a long line, but he was taking more than 2 minutes (!) pitching a subscription over and over to every single car, which is why the line was long and not moving in the first place!
If this is how Club is now training their employees, yikes. However, I have never had this experience at any other location.

Car wash is nice and organized well. I just wish they spent more time getting the bugs off our windows. They seemed almost untouched. However, the air pressure and vacuums worked well for our interior!

Customer service was unprofessional and rude. I tried to cancel the same day as my renewal and was told I needed to do it 7 days in advance to not be charged. I don’t see that on their website anywhere. And no refunds.

The only place I can go for 22 a month and the guys do a great job on washing my car at least 10 times a month. I live on a dirt road and it's so nice to have the unlimited car wash
