No stars is what it should be, these guys don't know much and they're not authorized to help you unless you have a bunch of extra cash. Do yourself a favor and go to the true verizon store. Customer service is not their strong point. I was their for 20 minutes with only one other customer. Their were two employees who couldn't even bother to ask me if they could help.

Had a great experience at this store. The corporate place was more interested in watching basketball games than working. I came here because I didn’t really want to switch to a different wireless provider. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and offered several options and even found a discount I didn’t know about. Will never go back to the corporate store.

Best store in Topeka! And any other city I’ve been to! They take time to make sure you get everything you need and are very trustworthy as they explain everything to a T. Highly recommend.

This is a retail store not a corporate location. They will lie to you and give any excuses to get a sale. I was told to come back tomorrow to fix and return the phone that from this location due to being told the phone version i wanted was not sold at any store. I have a corporate store close to my house that has the version i wanted in stock. When i called Verizon while at the store was told i will lose my number if i go through Verizon to rectify this issue. Verizon is sending me the version I wanted and fixing all that was messed up at this store. Do not trust this location!!

Called their phone number. Was told they had a phone I was looking for in stock and would save it. Made an appointment and when I went into the store at my appointment time was told the salesperson had sold it. Salespeople seemed indifferent to my inconvenience. I got much better customer service and had a much better phone selection at the corporate store on Wanamaker. I wouldt recommend doing business with this "authorized retailer"

Rep wouldnt sell me a sim card for a hotspot i had at home. Walmart even sells them, completely unhelpful.
