She takes the dogs the entire day stating not to stress the dog out. She works on them little by little. That’s bull. Dogs will get stressed being there so long.Our pet got burned on the right side of his neck just below his face. He has a huge scab now. We didn’t know why he was trying to lick & he kept pestering with it.This place was NOT my choice. My significant other picked this place because it’s cheap. Now we know why. They don’t know what the hell they’re doing.I’ve had to trim the dog’s hair because it gets cut crooked. This last time it was so obvious & it looks horrible. He always comes back with fleas too.This is a horrible place to bring your precious pet. If you care about your baby, do not bring here.

Haircuts are always crooked & need to be fixed when he gets home. He has brought home fleas. This last time our dog got a huge burn that scabbed. It’s not my choice to go to this business & this last time with the dog being burned, I told my significant other, I told you so! Do not go there anymore. I also said, if you care so much for that dog, go some place else.\nDO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS YO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEY FO NOT TAJE GOOD CARE OF YOUR PETS AND THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE DOING.

Carol has groomed several of my dogs. She is fair on her prices and always has a great connection with my pets.Oh, and I can't forget the many bows she put in my Sweetie Pie's (my dog.....RIP Sweetie) hair. She also gives the boys a bandana.

great people there -- thoughtful, kind and loving to my pets. cut my dogs nails with care . walk in available -- took less than 10 minutes.. reasonably priced------ highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been taking my dog to Carol's Pretty Pets for 2 years now, and they have always done a great job. The price is fair and we will be coming back when it is time for Scruffy to be groomed again.

Very inconsistent grooming. Great first time second time very rough job and it took 6 hours. Had to fix her cut when she got home. Looked like inexperienced groomer in a hurry.
