Went in recently to buy some birthday gifts and cards. Very lovely little shop with a wide variety of items. Some of the prices are a bit steep. The sales people were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be going back.

Upon entering one late afternoon recently,the atmosphere was warm and cozy ?. The prices,a little steep ?. The 2 ladies employed there, rather unpleasant and rude ?....?+?+?= NEVER going back?.

I love Hallmark and this is a nice store, but about 50% of the time, I encounter rude women that work there. If they are having a bad day, then they need to get over that and give good customer service. I am there to shop and give this store business, because I know I can easily order online or go to another store.
