They over charged me.Went in for headlight installation,I was quoted $100.00 per hr.He said it would take 3 hrs.They took 1 hr. Still charged $300.00 never again.

We took our vehicle in to have a remote start installed, and we’ve now had three different electrical issues over the past couple years. Today was our third visit to a professional auto mechanic that fixed a mistake this place made. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I know of other people having major problems after being serviced here and hope to prevent more issues for others.

I already had very nice head unit amp and brand new speakers, just needed installed. All were in working condition. Was quoted $150 on the phone to hook everything up. Get there and was priced $537 for labor. Then was told I needed a new subwoofer. $900 spent and a week later I have one working speaker and a sub that works 50% of the time

Absolutely terrible I called about a rockford amp kit and was told it was in stock walked in purchased what he told me was a rockford amp-kit got home and found out it wasn’t that called and told them I asked for this 3 times and they argued that’s what was given to me I went back to the store to swap it and pay the difference got in my car called my brother who told me it was wrong the first time, and he told me that again wasn’t a rockford amp kit walked in and argued to them it wasn’t that and then the manger comes and says to the other guys there that isn’t a rockford amp kit they don’t have any in stock those both are off brand kits, with all that being said people behind the counter don’t know anything better off elsewhere if you don’t know yourself!

The young kid that works there was rude and didn't know how to answer any questions. Made an appointment and he never asked for name, phone number or anything. They do have great subwoofers and amplifiers, even though they are expensive. Ended up not buying anything because I'd rather spend my money somewhere that has better customer service and professionalism.

I had the factory bose system in my vehicle and I had to replace blown speakers so I had Car Toyz install an amp for me. It was a tricky process for them, which I understood, it took them 8 hours to install this amp. They lost screws to a cover for it so they left it off. Wires were left long and left out of place. One of the wires was placed in the hinge area for my storage compartment. They didn't hook my sub back up right, so the wires slipped out while I was driving and i loss all bass. While driving my glove box fell out and spilled stuff everywhere. A lack of detail to the small things. Does not look like a professional installed it. I also expected them to be proud of their work and walk me through what they had to do, or at least show me the installed amp, but it felt like a rushed checkout to me. Felt very much that they were not proud of this install they did. Overall it was a messy job, and what worries me a bit is if I mess with it and try to clean it up, it'll void their warranty.My speakers sound amazing though! Very happy with the sound. This thing bumps now! Worth the wait. The manager definitely knows what he's talking about and was real friendly and nice. I recommend definitely dropping your vehicle off if you get anything done, and don't have your expectations very high on it looking professional and clean, but it'll sound amazing.

Went in for a dash kit for a double din radio and was sold a single din and no one can do a refund without a manager and I’m told he makes his own schedule and comes in whenever he wants so you gotta guess when to call or come in.
