Although the vehicle was not immediately available when we arrived, the SUV was returned by another customer while we were there and we were able to get on our way. The agent was apologetic for the delay and gave us a 10% discount and upgrade for the next time we rent a vehicle. The return of the SUV was very fast and efficient. We will definitely rent from Enterprise again.”
“Great service. Clean vehicle. Convenient location for pick up and drop off. Only 4 stars because the van needed an update on its computer and the screen dysfunction was frustrating at times. I’d rent from Avis and this agent again without any concerns. I needed to extend my rental for a couple days, and the process was VERY EASY. I didn’t even have to go back to the rental agency.
