The insurance company sent the work order as a non OEM part, Midwest installed it, but it interferred with auto lane systems on my vehicle. Midwest guided me to the right phone number to call insurance to get the OEM part to fix it properly. Midwest installed the 2nd windshield and it worked perfectly. I'd recommend Alex and his team to anyone wanting good quality glass work done. 5 stars!”

It’s easy to clean and after almost two years of abuse, it’s still holding up great. Customer service here is top notch. I recommend getting custom cut glass here!”

“Passing truck flipped a stone up on my new vehicle’s windshield even before we had the title back. Star ding of 1.5 inches diameter that I immediately pushed resin into with a home repair kit. But I wanted an expert assessment and repair in case needed for insurance. Safelite Topeka sent out Ian within an hour or so of my call to State Farm. He was outside in my driveway cleaning the windshield before I even got out of my house to greet him. Examined my repair job and said it was as good as it gets, with no need for further intervention much less windshield replacement. Super nice young man who represents Safelite very well.
