Pawned a high dollar gold chain when I got it out it didn't feel right it was smaller and did not have the Gucci sign on it realized they had switched my high dollar gold chain for smaller cheaper one very upset they said it was the same one it wasn't this chain was very sentinel to me for my husband bought it for me

A BUNCH OF THIEVES. Do not make your payment early, hint they never told us this, if you make your payment early the computer systems supposedly rolls it off on your actual due date like you never paid. Basically they stole $30, all because a customer wanted to pay 3 days early.

So I paid to put a Xbox one series s with all cords and 1 white controller on lay away. I repeat (the guy had shown me a white controller with cord). 2 weeks later I came back pay the lay away out and take my Xbox on series s home and I had a different controller and this controller is a off brand controller that takes no batteries and only works when plugged into system. Well I asked why do I have a different controller and the seen that the controller did not go with the game system, and it was not the controller I purchased with my game system. Instead of fixing the issue they had made some sort of mistake on they wanted me to purchase another controller for an extra $40. That is what any one would call a scam and or theft. I had no choice but to walk away with a off brand controller that has stopped working after a month, and I only used my system 4 times due to my work schedule.

Took a few almost brand-new items in for a loan of which they offered close to nothing ,and i couldn't help but laugh out Loud at the absurdity on their offer as well as their way over-priced inventory. 1 older gentleman greeted me and was nice which is the only reason this place got 2 stars instead of 1. **

Yup, it's a pawn shop. It's fun to look around and buy random things. Some things are a little pricy and some a great deal. Some things I sell I get a great price on and others I don't. Everything I expect from a pawn shop. No complaints other than I wish they had more stuff sometimes. It just depends on when I get there I guess.

Horrible customer service. Tried to getta loan on a 1700$ item they told me they'll offer me 30$ tops bc they have ALOT already I guess then I found 2 items was going to purchase and noticed they were acting funny which was aquard and I asked over and over again what the issue. And they refused to tell me until they rang up my items and swiped my SSI debit card then went and took my items and placed them on their back counter. And told me that it was about an incident that happened almost 3yrs ago I had a tablet I knew I'd get a loan for 50$ each time bc I continued to get a "emergency loan" and always paid back. Well long story short, the item I had bought from someone it I guess came from a school where 17 more was stolen. I was in shock. I of course got my end situated with the police about it not being any of my fault but since they took it they are JUST NOW ALMOST 3YRS LATER (and I've shopped and pawned alot since then) wanna play me like that!!! After taking my paid for items told me once I pay the rest now of the 55$ I can purchase items again w no problem. Is that even legal??? Ontop of all that all in and around the dollar bin, it's full of cockroaches!!!!! Ughhhh!!!
