The staff at the Oakland branch are amazing! Dante and Kayla went above and beyond to resolve my online banking issue. I didn’t catch the third employee’s name but she was also very friendly. I’m definitely happy that I switched from my old bank!

I love banking at the Oakland Branch. The staff is friendly, nice, courteous, and helpful. I am glad Capitol Federal has a branch in Oakland.

I like this Bank better than in Vista. The people are friendly they're not as nosy. It's a small bank but it's easy to get through the checkout or go to the AMT machine except for the afternoon when the Sun shines on it you cannot see the machine.
