We have used this business for years and been satisfied with the results, until now. The one-star rating from others is well earned, unlike the $99.07 they charged for sending a technician to take a picture of my stove's model number (which I had already carefully read to the receptionist who transposed two numbers). He later called, telling me it would cost over $500 to fix the light on my oven's digital display. The oven still works, but the number display for the time and temperature doesn't work. After getting this estimate of the cost to repair, I decided not to repair. They then sent me this outrageous trip charge of nearly $100. This is nothing short of highway robbery! I will NEVER use their services again.

This has to go down as the worse company i have ever worked with . I have a washing machine that's considered a "lemon" now and I new exactly what part what was needed as it has always been the same code on the machine that goes out since i got it . I have an extended warrenty through lowe's and normally they don't use the "Appliance shop" and use Pruitt. This is also a 5 minute fix and i asked them to please have the part ordered for when they come out which was 2 weeks from lowe's warrenty calling them .The aplliance shop said they would not order the part as they need to diagnose the problem. I told them over and over it was the "Lid Lock" . They didn't care . So they say they were supposed to come ,the technician supposedly was pounding in our door and said there was no identifiable address on the house . WE HAVE A BIG TILE ADDRESS RIGHT NEXT TO OUT FRONT DOOR AND NO KNE WQS HERE AS WE WAITED OUT FRONT FOR HIM . So when i called the aplliance shop they said it would be hours for him to come back again to the right address . UTER NIGHTMARE WITH RHIS COMPANY. Now i will be going on 3 weeks with no washer as when he shows up it will be exactly the part i told them to order . The ladies in the office are as rude as rude can be .Pruit always had the part ordered knce i have them the error code .

A truly cool guy. Makes me laugh and cares about people. Hard worker too. I wouldn't doubt that he works or thinks in his sleep. Think sincerity is his best trait. It's not Weekend at Bernies movie with this guy... Nope you can't script this. He's the real deal. Thanks Burney!!!! 😀

Have had the same repairman come out several times to fix a problem with our washer. Each time he replaced a part but problem wasn't fixed. Last time he came out and said the wires were backwards (he did the repair so he is the one who put them in backwards!). Since he made his "repair" our washer now makes a loud noise when filling up. It didn't do this until he worked on it. Each visit he was in and gone within 5 minutes. Save your money and go elsewhere.
