If you want clothes that are more ethnic than Kohl's and alternatives to skinny jeans and cartoon shirts this is about the best Topeka has. I like it. Probably the only big and tall sizes I know of in town.

I visited a week or so after store opened. Things were picked over. But I like Burlington. Nice place to browse. You never know what you might find.
