Burlingame not only took our pup last minute (and I mean LAST minute!) They cared well for her, let me visit in the evening, and even provided a free nail trim, knowing that we were from out of town. I was overwhelmed to tears by their generosity. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Absolutely incredible vets and staff! I was sad to see Dr Bradford retire but Dr. Wacker and other vets have done an incredible job helping our pets and rescue animals!

Was in town from CT, and brought my dogs. My boy, Quincy, started acting off; distant, sad, and I saw blood in his urine. I called around because it was after 5, and I needed a 24hr vet. Chose this place, and am very happy I did! A vet tech comes right out to triage the situation, they gave me a estimate on cost, and five minutes later we were in a room. The vet was very nice, and explained Quincy had a UTI. Left with pain meds, and antibiotics. Was a bit pricey, $ 180 in the door plus everything else. Was worth it, though. Quincy is much better!

The receptionist I think her name is Cassie laughed on the phone when I asked if they accepted rabbits for emergency care. Very inconsiderate and rude.

Easy to set appointments. Love this vet! I had a sick dog before I was a customer and they got me in immediately when my regular vet wanted me to wait over a week. I moved my dog over to their care immediately. They take time to explain treatment options and costs. I really appreciate that. I also use BRAH for boarding. My dog is not overly stressed when I pick her up and she often has anxiety in new locations. I have referred many friends to them I've never heard any negative comments about them.

Everyone there is friendly, not just to the pets ( family)but us humans as well. I would highly recommend them to Everyone.

LOVE THIS PLACE! they even got my dog in as an emergency even though he wasn't their patient. He will be now though. They were so friendly & caring. Let me drop him off in the morning so they could work him in when they could because he had hurt his leg. THANKS SO MUCH!!?

From the very first day I brought my dog into BRAH, she hasn't been anywhere else in her 15 years of life. I hope she lives to be 20 with the love and care she gets from Dr. Jennifer Halstead, aka Dr. J. I cannot say my dog shares that same love and care back. Lol. Not to forget the rest of the staff members, who I'd say is the backbone of BRAH. Keyword is teamwork, as everyone has a key role in helping keep your dog or cat healthy. Thank you!! ( They ( BRAH) also comes highly recommended!!)

Burlingame Animal Hospital did fantastic taking care of my 11 year old German Shepherd, they even went above and beyond by cleaning up an accident he had in the car on the way over, all this is reason enough to give them 5 stars, the added bonus was my bill was about $200 less than I was expecting. Definitely the go to place for me.

This place used to be such a wonderful and loving place to take your beloved furry family member but since they've gone corporate their values have changed! I have no words but good concerning the medical care, all their veterinarians are top notch! Sadly though I remember the days when they would hold a check for me for three months and I never failed to pay it! Those days are gone! And now we are forced to find another veterinary facility or home vet. ??
