I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Briggs and worked with John Wayne and Julisa who were both great. Julisa went above and beyond after the sale. We worked out some paint details and even had them deliver the vehicle. I would purchase from them again.

Had Assent checked out for mysterious noise in the front end. Briggs was unable to duplicate the sound.

Service Department was fine. The waiting room was not fine. Television blaring with nobody watching. Loud background music competing with the TV. Salespeople on the phone. Earplugs are a necessity here.
