Without a doubt, Briggs Subaru, has given me the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were straightforward, up front, and gave me a fair value for my trade. Heck, the price of my 21’ Forester Touring was excellent out of the gate.Julissa was the best Salesperson anyone could ever ask for. Mick, Shawn and the rest of the staff have been super helpful through the entire process. They even let me test drive my Forester, in snow and ice, in sub zero temperatures.They answered every question I had, and actually listened to my concerns. I traded in a motorcycle of all things, and they actually offered me a decent trade price. It wasn’t just numbers on paper showing a good trade, it was the real deal. As long as I live in or around Topeka, the folks at Briggs Subaru have earned my loyalty.

Briggs Dodge, Brian Cox got me scheduled right in. I’ve used only Briggs Dodge for all routine maintenance since I purchased my van new from there. Brian is courteous, completed the 24 Points maintenance, answered my questions. I’ll return to there again and I recommend their Service Dept.The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars this time was because their vacuum wasn’t working so they did not vacuum the floors this time. I was accustomed to that and I prepared my vehicle prior by taking items out of their way. Otherwise I was quite satisfied with this oil change/24 Point inspection—- it’s a great deal to pre-pay for this package; they replaced my battery and air filter as part of the pre-paid package. I’ve consistently bought that package for years.

Went to look at used cars on Saturday and Dale was very helpful in finding the right car for us. The wife is very happy with the car we picked out. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased through Briggs with Dale as our salesman Thank you

They honored the warranty on my car, checked it and shuttled me to and from work. The engine is shifting gears more smoothly and just feels better in general. So, whatever they did, I’m very pleased. I’ll bring my business to them if at all possible in the future.

Had a check engine light come on as soon as I got into Topeka. Car was stuttering and couldn’t go over 40. Looked for mechanics and all closed at 5. Then I realized there was a Briggs in topeka and called to see if they could do anything that night. They were full but made an appointment first thing in the morning and held my vehicle overnight. Got there they knew just what was and fixed it up quick and I was on my way. Great experience thank you guys.

It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a major purchase. The odds were against me in being upside down on my trade in. I was in and out of there 3 different days as I watched these guys work as a team to get me in the car I really wanted but couldn’t afford on original terms. These guys never wavered in their enthusiasm, friendliness, and dedication even when at one point the deal appeared to be over. Every single employee in there engaged with me at some point even the team clocking out from the service center. Even if I had not gotten a car today, I would have recommended anyone to go see the guys over at Briggs Dodge, if a deal can possibly be done… this is where I would go. Thank you everyone!

Courteous service rep. Repaired the rodent damage. Would have been nice to get a call that it was going to cost twice the estimate. Past service has been equally good.

Purchasing a car has never been so easy! Shane and colleagues knew essentially what I was looking for and had several already selected. Didn’t have to look any further! Car#1 could not have been more perfect! No pressure whatsoever at any point in the purchasing process. As an 80 yo female I couldn’t have been treated better or with more respect.

The staff was very professional. Chris went out of his way to locate a vehicle that I was looking for. Dale answered all my questions with no hesitation gave me a warm hug in thanks and young Zach was kind enough to step in and made sure I had everything I needed. All in all I am very pleased.

I'm glad there here in Topeka. I can trust their service technicians with my 18 Challenger. I'm in the process of getting some warranty work done and Paul layed out my options for me. Regarding a rental car what if any cost to me. How far out we are for parts. Very knowledgeable guy. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Thanks again...

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT!Don't bring your vehicle to this service department, is the worst place I been in. You will regret for sure if you do. I took my truck here to find out what's wrong with it, they told me transmission service has to be done, they supposed did that, they charged me more than $500. My truck still not working properly and I took it to AutoZone and they used the scanner and told me something wrong with my transmission, so I took my truck to a transmission specialist. Transmission doesn't need the service, my truck needs a new transmission and this guys didn't know that? They only make me spend money with them and they didn't did nothing right. They STOLE ME MORE THAN $500.00 and this not included the inspection cost I think it was $130.00I pay all this money for what? For nothing.
