So on my lunch I met a friend at this BP so I could pay him back the hundred he lent me to get to pay day and grab a soda. The black lady behind the register caught a huge attitude and told me if I was going to do drug deals on property that she was going to call the police on me. I tried to explain and she put her hand up and continued with the attitude. I have been shopping there daily giving them all my business, which is a lot because I work on the road. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT SHOPPING HERE. I will be calling BP headquarters to complain and leaving a review on every platform. They definitely lost my business. I don’t know what drug deal involves just giving cash and not getting anything in return but maybe that’s how she does it.

Don’t bother coming to this station, some station is out of order and for some you need to pay inside before you fill gas. Also dirty washroom and slow staff

After many attempts of trying to give this store a chance Unfortunately I will not come to the store again..I am tired of the lotto always being closed because they have to do something to it..The people do not smile they are not customer oriented.You feel like you're not even wanted in the store...Well I'm sorry that I interrupt your discussions with your coworkers. I make really good money but I will not spend it in this store again.

Very very very disappointed went in today to get a drink person was very rude saying get out of his area and how they’re closing his store down (wasn’t aware that the fountain was closed down since there was cups, lids, straws and someone else getting. Drink) last time they just had the lids and straws at the checkout. this is the closest gas station to my home with a fountain drink but will most definitely. I highly doubt me or my family will return for anything. Will gladly drive the extra minutes to get to a Kwik Shop. Don’t know if he was the owner or who but I hope it stays closed down even after this virus. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Was treated horribly by the assistant manager of store. Will never again step foot in this store. I had an issue with that was resolved above my satisifaction. sue was there yesterday and she took it upon herself to let patrick know what happened when i called to complain he let me know about the other employee and she didnt like how he handle the problem.. i didnt have to complain or get upset again i was apologized to and the problem was addressed. thanks sue for showing me that u appreciate me as a customer and thanks patrick u were very sweet.

This is NOT a 24 hour gas station. They close for an hour, sometimes more, every single day, from 3am to 4am. Most of the people who work here are rude as hell. Prices are high. I really wish there were a Kwik Shop somewhere along the stretch of California St.
