Conar Gosselin did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my new 530i. He made the process easy and enjoyable. He spent over an hour after the sale, helping me familiarize and setup and customize the iDrive operating system, and has continued to make himself available for any questions or concerns I might have. From start to finish, Conar and Aristrocract have been exceptional.

Took my car in for an oil leak. Had an appointment at 9:30. They didn’t look at it until 1:30 when my wife went to pick it up. They told me it was leaking from a drain plug but you can visibly see an oil leak coming from above. Will not be coming back to this dealership

I recently purchased a VW GLI from Emily Green. She was a joy to work with and got me a fair price. She also helped set me up in my new ride after hours. My experience during the purchase could not have gone smoother. The sales manager Riley was also great and extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I had an issue with my vehicle and scheduled an appointment with their service department. I was taken care of with the utmost professionalism by Ray. The manager Isaac and technician Max even called me to get further explanations while they were looking into the issue. Gave me a car to drive in the meantime. They handled my issue quickly and gave my car a complimentary wash If I could give more stars ⭐️ I would. Absolutely excellent ??

Both the sales and service department are outstanding!! Always an outstanding experience whether having my cars serviced or purchasing new cars. I have purchased eight of my last 10 BMW's from them and would never go anywhere else!

I have been in and out with my Volkswagen for last 3 1/2 months for oil consumption. Then they change the valve cover assembly unit under warranty and then it still was having an oil consumption problems. I work two jobs that have medical appointments I can't keep taking it in and out there without a loaner car or else I wouldn't be able to get to work or my appointment. We kept pushing date out for loaner car. He says it will be 1 hr. One day I took off work and sat there all day. Son took on couples weeks ago around 2 was told should be only hr they only took car of blue def issue and told him to bring for a full day. Found total mess in trunk with blue def inside trunk. When I talk to him again about a loaner car to get it in he said not till August 13th well I was coming back from my doctor's appointment yesterday and my light came back on so I took it back in today and they've had it all day and now they're telling me that I need the turbo replaced. I feel it should be under warranty since this has been ongoing since May. Then when I go pick up my car he says it's ready to go it sounds worse than what it sounded like when I brought it in and I can only go up to 40 it keeps cutting out but there's nothing they can do for me hopefully I can make it home. It did not act this bad when I took it in. It's worse. My son knows these cars and kept saying check the intercooler for oil and low and behold now they find it after he kept pushing appointments out on purpose we've been chasing the oil consumption since before January. He just gave the keys and rushed out of their. Very bad customer service Raymond. Couldn't tell turbo was bad even after installing dpf, egr, valve cover etc.

Getting a new car was not something I was expecting or wanting to do. My Jeep died and I fought getting a new vehicle all the way. I told them I needed a seat, brakes, a break, gas peddle, lights, and steering wheel. I didn't even want to drive the vehicle. I said show me that one and that one. I'll take that one. Travis, insisted that I drive it please and I did. However, they put up with me and now I am so very satisfied with my new car. Thanks to Aristocrat Motors (everyone was very good to me) for their therapeutic experience which helped to heal my anxiety. So much better than I expected. Yvonne E. Bailey-Banks

When you can’t find what you want locally (Iowa), and the local dealer doesn’t seem super excited to work with you, you might come across Ben Endicott @ Aristocrat Motors in Topeka, Kansas.
Ben worked his tail off to get me what I wanted and at the price I wanted it at. It’s a quick four hour drive from central Iowa. Worth every mile and every minute. Thanks Ben and Tim James for making this real!
