I love having Sara as my hair stylist and consultant. She listens to my suggestions and concerns and understands my “hair”!! I will continue to use only her and pray she doesn’t leave!
Hair type: I have naturally wavy/curly hair. Not always the easiest to work with. Since curly hair requires more moisturizer, the deep conditioning treatment is exact what I need!y

I have been seeing the Senior Stylist, Shawn, for quite a while and he never ceases to amaze. He always makes my hair look good and makes my soul feel good. It’ll always be a toss up if he’s a better stylist or better guy. He’s the best.

Customer service is a joke, and the manager Dani has no desire to help. Do not rely on return policy - new employee erroneously entered sale in their system which now doesn't show up. Will not return to any Beauty Brands.

I always ha e a wonderful experience at Beauty Brands. It starts with the welcome when I walk in the door. I get haircuts every 5 weeks and my stylist is amazing. Always eager to please and considerate of me as a customer, his highly efficient skill and enthusiasm for his work are greatly appreciated. I am always amazed and pleased with the results!
I frequently ask for assistance when I buy products at Beauty Brands. Employees.know what they sell and are very helpful.
I am impressed with Beauty Brands customer service as well as their customer honors program that provides discounts on products and services. The sales are remarkable and the guarantee of satisfaction is amazing. Products that fail to please can be returned for a full refund.
It doesn't get any better than Beauty Brands for services and products!

My experience with Beauty Brands has always been exceptional. Carrie Baxter is not only the most personable individual there, but she is a very talented beautician. I wouldn’t want to think of going to anyone else. She’s the most amazing, talented, and caring woman I’ve had the privilege to meet. She has become like part of my family. ❤️❤️

I am always able to get scheduled quickly and I really appreciate that I can do it online or still just text my stylist. The shop is a relaxing place to get your hair done! I have only ever been to Sara (in Topeka) and she does a great job. She is knowledgeable about her trade and gives good advice when you’re not sure what to do.
Stylist: If you don’t know who you should go to - pick Sara, she’s great!!

Jaidyn was amazing! It was my granddaughters first time getting her hair colored with highlights. Jaidyn answered all of her questions and was super kind throughout the process. My granddaughter was over the moon about how her hair turned out!
