He totally did not need to do that for me. The other one needed a new battery but Because it's a rechargeable battery he couldn't help me, instead he told me where I could go to get help. “I was sent to this location because my part wasnt available at my local location. I came here with my make, model, year and Both Oreilly's Part Numbers that i needed and this "person" still handed me the wrong part....TWICE! I told them it was a 4 door, they give me a part for a Coupe....i told them its a V6, i get a part for the 4Cyl.....even though they didnt need this info because i had BOTH part numbers.....but, eventually i got the right part. I wont mentioned who, but certain people shouldn't work in auto parts store when they have no knowledge of AUTO PARTS.”
